When I called them up three months ago and paid for the storage and thought I was good to go the owner then called me back and asked if I had received the discount that they were promoting at the time, I told him I didn't know anything about it he then apologized and then refunded me money and gave me the discount. I would most definitely recommend this storage place to anyone looking to store their stuff here. I have received nothing but good service and honesty from this company!

This was a great storage unit! We rented for about 7 months with them while moving back to St. George. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because they upped our rent a little more than halfway into the time we rented from them. Customer service always good and helpful!

RIP OFF with this Company , Be Careful .I rented a unit last month for $85.00 per month, spent money having a company move my items over to this place in order to save travel time and money. Now less than a month later they raise the rates to $135.00 per month........That's $ 600.00 per year MORE THAN AGREED ON. What a SCAM ......I spent couple of hundred $$$ to move my items there in order to save some money and get screwed right away . BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE, YOUR NEXT AFTER MOVE IN...Be prepared to bend over and get the shaft . I'm moving, just on principle , due to this storage joint ripping us seniors off .

Fantastic facility with one of the nicest managers you'll ever meet! Freeway access nearby, well maintained, gated w/text to open! I store my toy hauler here and love it!

Storing items here while we build a new home. It's close to our townhouse and easily accessible. They have installed security cameras and a automatic gate that you can access 24-7. They have painted all the units. They also raised the price per month. They are still a better value than most places. Sure it will be raised again as that's the it's been going here for everything. No real issues. They answer their phones when you call. The repair guy is supper nice and very helpful.

Those who assisted us were easy to work and pleasant. All paperwork and communications always prompt. The covered storage over our RV was good. An unusual location, but it worked out fine for our needs.

Awesome Place! Stuff stayed safe for a month while I was biking and they upgraded me to a larger, covered unit, at no extra charge!
