Our purchase didn’t go well. We thought we found a bed that would work for us, but the rep was misleading. Both my hubby and I felt very confident and clear that the first 100 days you can return it and get all of your money back, but then after that, you can return it prorated for their 15 year warranty.30 days in, I called to return it and they gave us a topper to try for free: that seem to help and so a couple months went by and we’re noticing a pattern that my husband is still not sleeping well on the bed.We tried to do a “real return” this time, and they won’t return it because there is no defect. $3000 for a bed we can’t use.

I really enjoy shopping at the Washington,UT Sleep Number store. The manager, Ivan, is so knowledgeable and helpful! The Sleep Number products that I have purchased have helped me to get more restful sleep, which makes my days more productive.

The store rep was awesome! We ordered the bed and had it delivered. It is a glorified air mattress. BEWARE you CANNOT return the base. Our base was over $4k (you can buy a comparable base on amazon for under $1k). There is a $250 set up fee. The big sales pitch is that you can try it out for 100 days and return your bed at any point. We had ours for 36 days. We are not able to return the base and there is a $250 fee charged for picking up the mattress. Needless to say we will have paid $500 in set up and removal fees and now have a $4k sleep number base. haha... I spoke with customer service and they offered me free bedding, free mattress toppers, cash back etc etc. if we kept the mattress. The experience was embarrassing. Make sure you love the air mattress feel (meaning the air mattress you slept on when you went camping last) before you purchase.

The customer service was great. Friendly staff. I bought a pillow and it took the. Looking up my account and getting all my information just to pay for it. It would be good to just scan and go. This is not the fault of the sales person, but the designer of the software. Hence the 3 stars.Returning the pillow was 3 times quicker then buying it.

We had a great experience here! As two gay men, mattress shopping in conservative St. George, Utah is a highly anxious experience. At this sleep number store, salesperson Ivan was awesome. Low pressure, kind, chill, informative, welcoming and thorough. I cannot yet attest to the actual product, as it will arrive next week, but our experience in the store was outstanding. The hours on Google maps were incorrect, so double check if you are going right at opening. I tried to edit but the edit was already correct. So until it’s officially updated, make sure. That’s all though. Great experience!

I bought a sleep number about three years ago and have had problems since it was delivered and set up for $250.00 fee, it took them about 40 minutes and they were gone without a thanks or good luck or anything. My bed has leaked air since it was installed, they have sent me replacement parts however they have not solved the problem and it is a major problem putting these parts in, the bed has to be taken apart. A few days ago the remote stopped working, I replaced the battery and still nothing. Now I have a bed mostly very soft, I called corporate and a recording said it is about an hour on hold. I then called the store and got a recording stating they were busy with customers, DO NOT EXPECT ANY QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!!

I have a split king and really like it BUT my biggest complaint is the mattress pads and sheets don't fit right. They both seem to be way to large for the mattresses. I am unable to make them smooth and they are both bunched up in the morning. It is impossible to actually tuck them so they stay in place.

Walked in wanting to check out the beds. Looking for something that will meet our needs and just wanted to browse. Michael helped us and sold us on them and we walked out with a new bed on order. Good Service, No Pressure, Was a good buying experience
