I walked in the door, passed 2 employees that did not greet me or offer to help me. I walked passed 2 more employees that were taking turns playing basketball on their display game who didn't offer any assistance. I walked around looking for children's boots and there were none but not one of the employees cared enough to ask if they could help me. I cannot stand terrible customer service- I will not return.

I'm really hoping this review results in greater improvements with the overall buying experience for future customers.I'd love to return again when inspired.The service I received lacked the basic information needed to sell shoes. All they did was read the box. They were of no help at all.In the middle of helping me, she said she had to leave. A moment later, she was helping someone else.When looking for a certain pair of shoes that were on display, there wasn't a single box for sale in any size.I went with the intention of purchasing at least two pairs of shoes and left empty.

They carry New balance shoes which are my favorite there very comfortable and extremely durable and made in America they also have many other brands of shoes

I came in and got some shoes that I really loved. My dogs chewed them up unfortunately and I was really bummed out so I took the chewed shoes in. I am incredibly satisfied on how they helped me and would highly recommend getting your shoes here. I will be going here again!

Really enjoy this shoes store. Good deal on shoes I needed, really appreciate the sale price and discount. Sales associates were very helpful and attentive. Check out was also easy and efficient. Definitely coming back for more shoes.
