“If I could give more stars I would. This customer service experience was unlike any other. I went in to see about upgrading my phone, and Evan gave me the deal of a lifetime! I ended up leaving having spent under my budget, with more than the phone upgrade! I got devices for my husband and me, watches, Airpod Pros, and even an IPad! My monthly bill is going to be *less* than it was, with all of those devices! Evan was so easy to talk to and truly made me feel valued as a customer of T-Mobile. I was thoroughly listened to and taken care of. These folks at T-Mobile (especially Evan) are actively trying to save you money rather than make money off of you. I didn't feel rushed, I was comfortable and left feeling like a million bucks. If you're going into this store for *anything* ask for Evan. He will provide a wonderful experience for you, especially if you're someone with social anxiety like me.”
