Excellent Service!! This is the second time I have used The Mattress Store. The first time was excellent, so I gave them a shout because the base on my 20 year old adjustable bed had quit working. Told Richard what size I needed and what I needed it to do and he gave me a price and told me about financing options right on the phone. Literally took care of the whole sale on the phone, which for me was important as I am fairly disabled. His guys came and set it up for me a couple days later. Fast and Efficient!! Thanks Guys!!! Couldn't ask for better service and I will definitely call them in the future!!!

With so much gratitude I am pleased to share what a remarkable experience my husband and I have had at the Mattress Store with Richard in Washington. Almost 2 years ago we met with Richard and purchased a mattress. Recently we found our mattress failing and went back for help. The company was very kind and our mattress was covered under warranty. With their help and the kindness and patience Richard gave us we were able to upgrade our failed mattress. Mattress shopping is serious business! I highly recommend Richard and the Mattress Store if you find yourself in need. Side note…the pillows are also very amazing.
