“I am on a 4,600 mile bike ride across the US to raise money to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Ronald McDonald House charities. Yesterday had a very significant issue with the hitch on our RV. “We flew into St. George; had a reservation with a different company, but they closed for the night while we waited. We were completely stranded. The Budget/Avis clerk, Debbie, saw us after she closed for the night….asked where our hotel was, and said “Come on…I’ll take you there!”
We loaded up her personal car and she took 2 total strangers to their hotel! She said she did it in honor of her mother.
I made many calls to try to let Budget/Avis know of this remarkable woman but was told they could not talk to me without a current reservation.

“This was the best truck I have rented for this move. I had rented a UHaul and had nothing but problems. We rented this truck and it had a hydraulic lift which was a life saver. Karen in the office was awesome to deal with. We cannot say enough good things about this experience. No problems at all. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I will rent the truck from Monster. They also rent passenger vans which are hard to come by here in STG.”
