Every time I get my tires done here they break the monitor/sensors. And then they want to charge me after they are the ones that broke it!

I had 4 tires mounted and balance on my Lifted Ram 2500, it took them 27 minutes, very impressed. Then the only employee there that could drive a manual, went on a 20 minute joy ride with my truck. My friend seen my truck racing down the road and thought it was me, seen it wasn't me. So he followed my truck, and called me on my cell phone as I was in the store lobby wonder where the hell is my truck. My truck was finally parked behind Sonic, the next business down from Discount tire. The employee the hid my keys in another customers service bag and acted like everything was fine. It took them 20 minutes to find my keys to my truck. The employee lied and claims he didn't go on any joy ride, I do have video of the joy ride. When I walk over behind Sonic to get my truck, the doors where unlock and one window down. The Manager's were rude, unprofessional, had no answers for why my truck was on a joy ride, why it was park behind another business with the doors unlock and a window down. They didn't even say "SORRY". I guess this kind of thing must happen regularly at this Discount Tire. It was the first time going to them, recommended by my friend. I will never go to a Discount tire EVER AGAIN !!!!!!! I RECOMMENDED YOU DON'T EITHER!!!!!

Friendly staff, quality work done quickly. This would be a five star review except for the "goop" they use to mount tires on rims, they leave it all over the rim edge and tire sidewall and it takes literally 15-20 minutes to scrub off per tire. They will try and wipe it off at the store if asked but that only smears it. No other tire shop I've ever used has this issue.

Needed a flat repair while on vacation. They were fast, friendly and very helpful. Samuel was particularly very easy and friendly to work with. Highly recommend.

These guys know how to take care of business and quickly. Had a free tire rotation done(When you purchase tires) and a tire replacement due to a massive hole in the tread. Both visits were pleasant and efficient. Will be purchasing my next set there soon.

Been a fan of discount for decades. Always had exceptional service, but recently they went above and beyond. Showed up at 5:52pm, they close at 6pm. Expected to get a quote and make an appointment to install some trailer tires. Chaz helped me. My schedule is a nightmare and trying to get back would be tough. He said no worries we'll install right now. Within 15 minutes of arriving I was checked out, and both tires plus a spare were installed. I seriously don't think I've ever had service this good. Amazing. Thanks Chaz and team!

We had an emergency and needed a tire replacement after getting a flat in Zion. They had our tires in stock and took about 45 minutes to get us on our way back to Denver. Very helpful!!

I had a damaged tire replaced under road hazard warranty. The tire had to be ordered. Excellent follow-up on the delivery and scheduling through their app. I was in and out in no time.
