Super cool guys. I was on a road trip and i couldn’t for the life of me pinpoint the issue. They scanned my van (OBD1) without charging me a dime.
I knew what to do after that (fuel pump ?)

Found out I had to get my belt tensioner replaced about a month ago when I saw it shaking in idle (not supposed to). Went to CT automotive that day and they said they would call the warranty place and get in touch with me. Literally a month went by while I called them every other week to check up on the process. They told me it’s been hard to get in touch with the warranty provider. So pissed off I Went in to Jiffy Lube on River road just this week and explained the whole thing. They called the warranty provider and replaced my tensioner on the spot and finished everything all in under an hour. CT automotive sucks, never going here cause their CS is horrible and does the care about customers, especially when they have to make a 5 min phone call to get paid by the warranty provider. NEVER GO HERE! SKETCHY AF!

Could not recommend Ozzy at TC Automotive more. We were traveling from Los Angeles to Denver when we had a sudden, serious brake issue on the road. Unsure of where to go, we found TC Automotive. Ozzy was able to fit us in his busy schedule, and he and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and had us safely back on the road within a couple of hours. They were honest, efficient and professional. Thank you, Ozzy!

Craig Taylor and Ozzy of CT Automotive in Washington, Utah are amazing-down to earth, knowledgeable, skilled mechanics. CT Automotive is the only mechanic shop I trust with my vehicles. I've been other places, and it was stressful, but not at CT. Ozzy communicated with me the entire time my car was in the shop, updating me as needed. I highly recommend CT Auto for your vehicle maintenance- oil changes (which I do regularly), or complicated repairs, like when my turbo exploded!

It should have been my first choice I called another company that said, “I don’t work on Fiats.” I said, “but it’s not really Fiat related, I just need something removed and I don’t have any tools.” The guy just repeated, “I don’t work on Fiats.”So I called CT Automotive. The nice man said, “come on down and I’ll see if I can fit you in.”Not only did he fit me in, he took my car in immediately, and fixed my problem. He did it with a smile and didn’t fuss about the kind of car I have. I am not from St. George, but I come up often from Las Vegas. There were cars everywhere which show me how awesome this business is.I recommend going to CT Automotive and can say that I’ll be happy to bring my car back if anything needs fixing. Especially if I’m going to be in town for a while.Thank you CJ Automotive for making my day smoother than it could have been.

These guys saved me from what could have been a family trip disaster. Busted radiator in the middle of the summer with 4 children is not the deal. All shops gave me a 3 day wait no way I could afford that. Luckily I found CT automotive. They had me back on the road in 3 hours. Big thanks to ozzy and his crew. Thank for fixing my Honda pilot. Salute from Salt Lake City.
