I’ve been using this storage facility for over a year now. I’ve never had any issues, but I’ve also never thought about leaving a review.
However, it was after hours & possibly a mixup with something & I couldn’t get into my unit. On a Friday night & I needed something for the weekend.
I called the after hours emergency at 9PM & I was helped! He answered right away & was able to let me in & out.
I’ve already suggested this storage facility to many because the pricing in unbeatable, but now I have another reason to suggest this place!

Well, I've been by 3 times now trying to get a space for my empty RV trailer. I don't need an enclosure, just a spot to park the trailer. They said they would call when one came available but I've been trying since April 2020 to get a spot and no one has ever called me. Just wondering what the follow-up is for getting in LINE?

We 1st checked Bella Vista to store our popup camper and nothing was available.Office staff gave us a card and said they would call when they had an opening. We went down the street to Minnie's storage for 50.00 a month~we paid May storage and then in June we paid that month and the next month for July storage a month ahead~we were given a dusty,crappy spot to begin with. We received a call from Bella Vista with an opening and moved it to Bella Vista which was only 30.00 a month in a decent parking spot~~before we left Minnie's were were told 1 week notice to get a refund so we gave notice and the day we moved the camper we were told it had to be 2 wks to get out refund for the rest of the month of June~Of course Minnie's staff called to see when we would vacate so they could rent it the day we left while keeping our money~Bella Vista was so kind to let us use another area to show the camper and refunded the day the camper was off the property~~Highly recommend Bella Vista for their professionalism,rates and the clean facilities~~~AND OF COURSE MINNIE'S DIDN'T REFUND ANY OF OUR MONEY FOR THE DAYS UNUSED IN JUNE BUT BELLA VISTA DID REFUND OUR MONEY AS WE WERE PULLING THE CAMPER OFF THEIR PROPERTY

I called Bella Vista looking for a spot to store my trailer. Unfortunately they were full and had a wait list but I needed a spot immediately. The person who answered the phone referred me to another storage place that she thought might I have spot. I appreciate the staff at Bella Vista Storage helping me solve my problem . Maybe next time I can use them.
