MAY 2022 I rented a climate control storage unit with Bear River in Washington, Utah. and I was told the temperatures would be below 80° I put my expensive golden acrylic paint worth $800 plus about $500 worth of vitamins also other perishable foods that were wrapped in put in plastic sealed bins for safe storage. I left them in there all last summer and put a thermometer in there and saw the temperatures went up over 90°. Also other people have complained about the temperatures in the storage units being too highI had to hire and to pay for movers and rent another storage unit in a different location and sT gEORGE. I was told my $2000 insurance would cover my items that should not be over 80° but when I filed oh complaint and send emails of all the photos and information and the pricing of all of my belongings that were ruined in the storage unit, they are not covering that nor my move and expenses. I have to hire an attorney now. Do not store your items at Bear River storage!!!

So incredibly maintained and the lady who helped me was so professional and helpful. It’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! I’m very satisfied with my experience with Bear River Storage.

I have been storing here from their early days and have never had an issue. Great people to deal with and they have reasonable gate hours, the facility is always clean and easy to maneuver in.

I rented a climate controlled unit being told by the company rep that they stay under 80 degrees. I moved a bunch of long term food storage and other fragile items into my indoor unit. I placed a thermometer in my unit that monitors high and low temps and found the unit was reaching 90 degrees during the day. I went in a cancelled my rental agreement and moved my stuff to another storage facility that keeps their units cool. I contacted the company and they said these units are new and the cooling units must not be able to handle this heat, they gave me a partial refund, I feel I should have gotten a full refund for the entire time I had stuff there plus I had to move everything again because of them. I would avoid these units if you have anything of value needing to stay cool, I will not know if any or all of my food was ruined due to high temps in my unit! I would not trust them telling you they stay cool, they did not for me, I even checked other empty units in the same building with the same poor cooling results!

I was mistaken about the office hours and was in a pickle. Bear River Storage went out of their way to help fix my mistake. Greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend them. Great customer service.

We have multiple units here. Climate controlled facility, clean, & new. Bear river has great staff, who offer 24 hr access as needed.

I have used Bear River Self Storage for storing business materials and supplies. With the 24 hr access it was super easy to work around the clock and still have access to our supplies. I highly recommend them. It's like having an extended family looking out for us! Superb staff and facility!

I’ve always used JD’s Uhaul for any Uhaul needs, but they were out of trucks so my reservation was unfortunately sent here. I had this reservaron on the books for 5 weeks and checked in 3 times to ensure a seamless transaction for my time sensitive move to Alaska. The lady in charge was terrible from the start, starting with acting “put out” on the phone with another customer for her own mistake that she now had to fix. Long story short, she wasted 90 min of my time on an auto dolley that turned out not being sufficient enough for my SUV. Consequently, I was then late meeting the movers at my house and had to pay them 30 min of them sitting on my porch waiting for me. The cherry on top was when I voiced my displeasure over this, she said she doesn’t appreciate my attitude. Hilarious. Go to JD’s in St. George if you want to deal with a much higher class and well organized place of business.
