A couple weeks ago I went in to get coolant as I was in a rush. They looked it up in their system and grabbed me a bottle. I should have paid attention but this was the wrong coolant and I ended up mixing HOAT with OAT in my car causing my cooling system to fail on me. I called the store to let them know about this catastrophic mistake and I didn’t have a receipt so I knew I couldn’t get anything back but the manager I was talking to seemed to care less about the situation.

I love going to the parts store and buying parts the experience is always great until I met a gentleman named Morris there was a little bit of a problem warranting my part and he was very rude and scoffed in my face he wad very disrespectful and had happened on two occasions now everybody rock but Morris you gotta get your game up

Mike at the Washington, Utah auto zone location is incredible. Right when I walked in, he greeted me and offered help. I needed a new battery and he found the right one and installed it for me. He also suggested I wait inside in the ac while he switched it out in the 100 degree weather, which was really thoughtful. 10/10 recommend!

The Washington Autozone is my favorite Autozone to go to because of Cameron. Cameron’s service was above and beyond giving my auto quality care. He’s a hard worker and gives Autozone a really great image. Two thumbs up.

The crew here at AutoZone was so helpful in diagnosing the issues I was seeing and when I decided to work on replacing my alternator in their parking lot, David really went ABOVE and BEYOND to help with getting me the tools I would need, helping me double check I did everything correctly, and even getting his hands dirty and working on it with me for the more complicated portions. I don’t have enough praise for David and the rest of the AutoZone Team. You’ve made a lifetime customer out of me. Thank you.

Cameron went above and beyond. My wife and daughter and friends were stuck and trying to leave town and head home and Cameron helped them figure out with that to get to help their needs so they could get back on the road. I very much appreciate it.

ZERO STARS!!! I will never return to this auto zone I was treated so bad. This older woman with pink hair was rude and had absolutely no customer service. She talked with a bad attitude like she hated her life and we could tell. Safe to say I will never come back!! She also was incorrect when she told me off and she didn’t know what she was even talking about. I had a ratchet and i was testing it out and she flat out said “you’re gonna ruin that if you keep doing that”. Isn’t a ratchet supposed to do that?? Do not come to this location!
