The people at this storage watch it very carefully security is wonderful. Also and other storage units I've noticed a lot of dust and this one I did not see any and I have not opened it any year. I also found that the people at the office are amazing and wonderful I've worked with them for now I think it's been a year and a half and they are just the greatest people. Don't be afraid to talk to them don't be afraid to ask questions you couldn't ask a better group of people that understand customer service I just had the poor gentleman I did not want him to come out when he was sick but I needed to have a padlock taken off and I told him not to come out until he was feeling better and bless his heart he came out even when he was sick and cut the lock off. This is how incredible these people are they're just wonderful.

DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU HAVE NICE THINGS TO STORE!!! I rented a storage unit with Affordable Safe Storage after moving back to St George. There were a lot of household things I would not need for a few months and so I decided to put them in the unit. Well I come back to my unit a few months later, open it up, and there is bird, lizard, and mouse p*** everywhere! I'm talking everywhere!! All over the boxes, covering my bed frame, I had things chewed on and ruined, and I move my mattress and underneath it were dead lizards. The units are not protected from rodents, birds can easily get inside the unit by the top of the rolled door, and when I reached out to the management on Friday morning they said to call them Saturday morning and they would meet me when I go clean out my unit to see the damage that was done. Well I called them 5 times that morning and left a message and they ignored my call and never called me back. When I called the following Monday to close my unit I explained to the lady what happened and why I was closing it and she acted like she didn't care and almost seemed irritated that I was complaining about the poor quality of the unit. Do not rent a unit here if you have nice things to put in them or if you care about what's going in there cause your stuff will get ruined and the management does not care!
