Ethel sat patiently and worked with me. We sat in the office for a few hours trying to get me into a vehicle. She was kind and funny, and just an overall sweetheart. So far I’m loving my new truck.

Do not go here. Ethel is a scammer and will rip you off. Engine exploded 3 times for 1 example of a customer . I used to work here and she’s all about taking your money, doesn’t check or care for quality of the car.

Ethel and her team worked around the clock to make sure i got the best deal on my new car!!!! She was so patient and understanding with my financial situation and she really went above and beyond to help me get into the car I desired. There was no pressure, and we have had alot of fun and enjoyment throughout this whole process. My car has been great!!! Excellent condition ? Thank you Ethel!!! Keep up the awesome work.

My husband and I have been looking for the perfect tow vehicle for our motorhome for several months. in early February, we found that perfect vehicles on the lot of 7 Epic Motors in Washington, UT. We worked with Ethel for a few weeks before making our final decision and she helped us make the deal perfect. Ethel was fantastic to work with, she made herself available to work with our busy work schedules and really took care of our needs. Don’t overlook this business because it looks small, they have a unique inventory of vehicles and it really was a pleasure working with Ethel.

I’ve never purchased anything from them, but I wouldn’t want to. I had my truck listed on KSL, and a woman named Ethel messaged to ask me about it. She and her husband came to test drive it, then hit me with a lowball offer. I declined their offer, they were pushy because “it’s a nice truck, but we really want a diesel” and they kept saying that they had cash. I still declined. Over the next few weeks, she texted me pushing to accept her offer, saying things like, “So you decide to take our offer yet?” I kind of needed it gone, so I finally called her up to accept her offer. Days later, I spotted my truck while I was driving down the 15. I texted the woman asking what the deal was, and she gave me some story that they had found such a good deal on a diesel and traded it in. I was skeptical, but whatever. Until I was driving down the 15 again and saw the truck my dad just sold private party to some lady sitting right next to mine.Obviously, this isn’t illegal, but why lie? I wouldn’t trust them. I don’t even trust all these 5 star reviews.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They sold me a truck advertising as a 3.5L eco boost but it is a V8 triton which the eco boosts are advertised for a lot more money. VERY DISHONEST shop elsewhere.

Great customer service. The sign says their open, but no one was there. We called the # that was taped on a paper in the window, and they immediately called us back, gave us the info we needed.

I’d have to say that they lie to people to get them to buy once you buy they can care less about u. They tried going for a 20 k loan fr a vehicle that was only 10 k. Of your looking to buy run off this lot.
