I ordered the Gwendolyn Midi dress which, in the picture, looks off-white/cream & the description says it’s a deep cream color. I am obsessed with white & off-white dresses, so I was so excited to receive this dress! I just received it and it is in no way white, off-white or cream. It is a pale yellow. The dress is very cute and I love the soft material. But I am not a fan of the color at all ?.

I found this boutique off an add on Facebook, and decided to ordered. I didn’t receive my order even though it says it was delivered. I contacted their customer service and told them what was going on and they gave me store credit and even re-delivered some of the things I ordered. Very understanding and helpful and loved the quality of the clothes.

Beware!!!! They have a very short return window and will only offer in store credit! They have only small size in their store! I will never buy from them again!!! Beware! Just throwing money away by giving their clothes a try! Don’t do it and regret it like I do!!!

I ordered the Aggie Western Knee High Boots on the Shop Stevie website - they were expensive ($144) but I loved how they looked, so I decided they were worth the money.Sadly though, the day I got them, I saw that they were shipped with no insulation or bubble wrap - just in their very flimsy looking shoe box. And to my dismay, I saw the box was practically falling apart when they arrived! Not only that though, but these very expensive boots were scuffed, most likely from their bad packaging during shipping.I hate to say it, but these were the cheapest looking boots I’ve ever seen - barely holding together and they look like they’d fall apart the second you put them on, as if they’re held together with cheap glue and string. Their cheap plastic looking material looks like you’d find it on a fast fashion site for a a fifth of the price (and that would still be too expensive!)My reason for the 3 stars is because they were quick to fix their mistake and offered me a refund and priority shipping label to send them back. Thank you Shop Stevie for at least listening to my concerns!

Just order your clothes from SHEIN. That's the quality of this company, but they want to have a high price tag. Soel boutique in Provo has the high price tag but they match with amazing quality.I just ordered a few items and they are absolute garbage. I hope that you guys can change the way you do business because this is ridiculous.

My wife ordered a pair of jeans from here and the wrong address was put on the shipping label. They said they can't refund until they have the package back and USPS is still trying to send it back and it's been months. Terrible customer service, they aren't willing to cooperate or willing to give in store credit even though the package is on it's way back to them. Very inconsiderate.Fast forward to 2022. Still no refund or package. She tried ordering another item from there this year and the same thing happened. No delivery.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I believe every 5 star review for shop Stevie was paid for. Their clothes are SO overpriced & horrible quality. Their sizing is almost always off by atleast 2 complete sizes, the color is not just off, but completely different than their website shows because she over uses filters. In every. Single. Piece. Of. Clothing. I’m so sick of her false advertisement. I don’t know how they feel good about themselves or their work when they know they are ripping people off. Their “customer service” takes weeeeeks to get back to you. Writing them on Instagram? You’ll never get a response or your comment will get deleted. Even if you’re just asking a simple question. They’re not transparent in anything they do. Dishonest company.

Shop Stevie is awesome! I had ordered a dress that was too big and tried sending it back. The post office lost the dress and never returned it. After reaching out they helped correct the issue and made sure I was happy. Every time I reached out they were very nice and professional. It is a great store with really cute clothes!

The customer service at Shop Stevie is amazing! I once ordered a ton of clothes before a trip and got to the store after they closed to pick up my order and someone drove down to the store to let me in and get my order for me! Recently I ordered a jumpsuit and when I got it, one of the buttons had fallen off. The customer service was so helpful in letting me send it back and they sent me a new one for free! I love Shop Stevie!

Incredibly disappointed. I purchased a flannel from them that fell apart right away. I asked for a return label, and they don’t provide them! Horrible customer service. If you are going to operate a small business in the age of Amazon, then you should offer better options for your online customers. Ridiculous that I am supposed to pay to return a damaged item of clothing. Don’t shop here.

I’ve shopped at Shop Stevie a few times over the last 5 years, and with each article of clothing I find myself disappointed in the quality. The clothes feel cheap and like they will fall apart with one wash. I keep holding out hope that maybe it’s just this one item that’s more delicate, but it’s happened too many times now. It’s not worth the price, and I’m not impressed with their return policy. Their clothes look cute in the pictures, but I need to remind myself that looking good in one picture is different than having long lasting and durable clothes. I think I need to give up on Shop Stevie.

This store has the cutest clothes! They’re great quality and unique. The sales are always amazing and the owner does a giveaway every week on instagram. She’s so sweet and always shows off the new arrivals before they drop. I highly recommended checking them out!

Don’t waste your money at Shop Stevie!! Not at alllll worth the price you pay for the quality you get. And they’re VERY strict on their return policy. Spent $188 there, sent the dresses back because they fit nothing like they did online, and the “order was received a few days late.” As a customer, we can see they’re only open M-F. Well even if they can’t receive the order on Saturdays and Sundays, they still count those days!! Which is absurd considering someone wouldn’t be processing the order on those days anyways, so it doesn’t make sense. 21 days would be business days if someone isn’t there 7 days a week to actually process the orders. Stupid policy, honestly. I worked in retail for a few years and would have never dealt with returns like that. Anyway, not worth the money. Besides the $188 that I’m now forced to spend there, I won’t be shopping there again.

I ordered a dress from this shop. It was just as beautiful in person, but unfortunately wasn’t a good fit for me. These guys were helpful and efficient in the return process. I have complete confidence to order from them again. Glad to have found them.
