Mostly really good! We ordered tickets ahead, never had to interact with anyone to get into the theater, the seats were really nice, and the theater was clean. Also not too busy.
Negatives that drop a star: 1 of the kiosks didn't find our tickets the first time. Another kiosk did though, and bugs are just a feature of technology so *shrug*. But they also forgot to turn the lights off in our theater until one of the audience members went and asked them.
Overall, solid theater.

My family and I had an incredible experience at the Megaplex Theater in Geneva! The seating is super comfortable, with spacious recliners that make it easy to relax throughout the movie. The picture and sound quality are top-notch—definitely a great place to enjoy the latest blockbusters. I was also impressed by how clean the facility was, including the theaters and restrooms.
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to address any needs. Plus, the concessions selection was fantastic—so many more options beyond just popcorn and soda. They even offer a rewards program, which is a nice bonus for frequent visitors.
Whether you’re here for a date night or a family outing, this theater is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The Geneva Megaplex is one of the best movie theaters in Utah County now. They have extremely comfortable seats, crisp pictures and awesome sound. With IMAX, Dolby ATMOS, 3D, luxury seating and D-box seating, they offer a great experience for every crowd and every type of movie.

Sometimes this theater is too cold to enjoy the movie. One time I couldn't get the heater on in the chair. Bring a blanket just in case

This is one of the best theaters in Utah. The IMAX here is a great theater and the best sound I’ve experienced here in Utah. If you like loud with a huge screen, then go here.

Not what it used to be...
We usually pay extra for the recliners. We went yesterday after not having gone for a few years to the movies, and the recliners are disgusting. Duct-tape over the seats, the headrests are worn out, looking down the row of recliners, they all need to be replaced. I was about to go ask for a refund, or for tickets to standard seating.
The food options are standard movie snacks like any other Cinemark, or standard theater, and the Millers vision of "dinner and a movie" is no longer present, like it was when the Megaplex theaters were first launched.
"The Millers considered the geography, reminisced many “dinner and a movie” dates, and decided to recreate their experience in what is now a Megaplex staple, “dinner and a movie.”
Hoping they will re-invest a bit of money into at least replacing the recliners, and I would love to see better food options return.
UPDATE: As of late (Summer 2024) they have replaced all of the seating. The theater is MUCH better at this point, but the food is still disgusting.

Their matinee ends at 4 pm, which is an insane choice. And a regular movie is $13. Save your money and go to Cinemark. Unreal.

Gone to this theater twice this month. Both times took bizarrely long to get concessions. This last time when we went to see an early premiere of Joker, we waited >30 minutes with an online order before we decided to approach them. I’m beyond disappointed with the service here and it will be a long time till I visit again.

The customer service lacks so many things. The concession service is horrible. Ordered popcorn icy and a drink from taste to value id rate a zero. I received my icy full of foam bubbls and no ice. The drinking fountain didn't have have any drinkable sodas and the place is just dirty and nasty. I've had a better experience at cinemark instead.
