  they mark my packages as delivered then I have to go the rounds with them that they never even came to my house. then 2 months later they show up with my package beat up and broken. waiting again for them to find a package that they said they delivered but did not. when they do deliver a package they will throw it from... read full comment

  Left my package at the wrong address. Picture didn’t have any identifying information. Was “delivered” several days after estimated delivery date. Also took another $300 package to the wrong address and the box was destroyed. Luckily it wasn’t damaged. FedEx refused to do anything about it. Useless place should... read full comment

  Multiple days says out for delivery. Then they don't delivery. They say noone was there. When I was home. I suspect they did a no stop drive by to get off on time. Then waste so much time on the phone getting nowhere with customer support. This is ridiculous
