Left my package at the wrong address. Picture didn’t have any identifying information. Was “delivered” several days after estimated delivery date. Also took another $300 package to the wrong address and the box was destroyed. Luckily it wasn’t damaged. FedEx refused to do anything about it. Useless place should... read full comment

Multiple days says out for delivery. Then they don't delivery. They say noone was there. When I was home. I suspect they did a no stop drive by to get off on time. Then waste so much time on the phone getting nowhere with customer support. This is ridiculous
