“I have lived here for four years. Overall, I have had a fantastic experience. You can disregard any negative reviews about parking as the office staff has worked hard to fix this, and it is no longer an issue. The office staff is polite and willing to work with you. Stephanie is great and is always able to answer my questions. After living at other complexes and having negative experiences, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live at an affordable price.”
“The leasing office staff are great! Every person we have worked with is kind, knowledgeable and very transparent. Cristian is phenomenal. He helped us through the whole move-in process and answered all of our questions happily (and we had many)! Drayson has also been helpful. All our maintenance requests are handled professionally and taken care of in an extremely timely manner (Michael, one of the maintenance workers is friendly, profession, and thorough which is a huge deal when someone is coming into your home). We love knowing that we’re in good hands while living here!”

“We had several hiccups with Campus Edge when we first moved in but when I reached out regarding our experience with the office they were quick to respond & did everything they could to make it right. I am grateful for the time the office took to not only look over my concern but address then with action! They are quick to get any maintenance issues resolved & have even called me for clarification on a few.”
“This place is a real dump. They have a handyman that is supposed to be skilled he's skilled alright skilled burglar my brother in law is a cop in town and that dude is a straight drug addiction thief watch your belongings dudes name is Craig.”

“I had been having some money struggles and could pay my full rent on time, I contacted management to set up a plan to pay the rest on another date. They responded amazingly and were really understanding about the situation! I couldn’t ask for a better company!”
“The apartment was nice it was a decent size and has a lot of storage room. My assigned room was pretty dirty when I moved in, lots of tack holes in the walls and a pretty thick layer of dust of every surface but over all its a nice apartment in a good environment.”
