I can not thank Becky and Rick enough at York Motor Sports. We went on a UTV ride on the 4th of July, and our Wolverine broke a tie rod when we were on the mountain. We had to abandoned the machine, and I called first thing on the 5th, and Becky went above and beyond trying to find us a part due to us being from out of town. Becky was able to find a supplemental part that we were able to use to get us down also with the help of going to a local welder Scott Sims (S&S Welding). Needless to say, this particular part is a unicorn, and with Becky and Ricks help, we were able to make it happen. We are forever grateful to you Becky. You took my call at 0900, and worked on finding a part for me and did not stop until you found it. Also Rick, a big thank you to you as well for taking the time to look through your personal surplus products to help us out of this jam. I say all of this, to say, if they were willing to help me with just a part, I can only imagine the customer service, dedication and professional York Motor Sports will provide for anyone else looking for parts, service or a new machine. Thank you again.

The parts guys are great, but owners wife needs attitude adjustment, she judges people by what they look like, we have outstanding credit n were talking to her about two kawasaki we wanted, in thru door came two men in suits and she just left us standing there, didn't come back, so we drove to helper and purchased two brand new dirt bikes paid cash, becky don't judge a book by its cover, see we had been riding that morning n decided it was time to upgrade, by the way I noticed the suits didn't buy anything when they left

Went there looking for remote control car parts. They had a super small amount and only carried Traxxas brand (a very proprietary based company) from what I could see. This is a UTV and motorcycle dealer, but I never even saw a person while I was on the sales floor. It's nice they carry a little bit, but it would be good if they offered more and helped out potential customers.

Since York didn't have the tire I needed, I ended up buying one at their competition, but they couldn't swap it on the rim. I brought my tire and wheel to York, and they mounted it right away! Their quick service allowed our group to get back on our 5 day ride. Thank you so much Chris & Becky

Chris was helpful and cool to talk to. I needed to have a bike rekeyed and he did all he could to help me out. Was a pleasure interacting with him. However, the lady to the right in the shop was rude, cold, and didnt know what she was talking about. Maybe it was just an off day for her, or hard being a woman in a motorsports shop. Whatever the case she was way not cool.

Thanks so much for a great buying experience, quick service, great communication everyone was very accommodating for the three of us that came in and bought three bikes on a Saturday afternoon. They went through service and maintenance, even took the time to go through the bikes manual with us!!!

Gopd folks. Very helpfull. Only complaint is no prices on machines. Forcing ya to find someone to chase down the price. Other than that very nice people.
