I bought a used thrifted film camera and some 35mm film and decided to test it out. Brought the roll here to have it developed - took over 10 days to have it developed, and apparently the camera was broken the whole time so I only got one glitched photo out of it. So I paid full price to have one messed up, completely unrecognizable picture out of it. It would have been nice if I had been made aware or something, they had my phone number and email. Also I have noticed that they are closing earlier and earlier these days. Maybe if Walgreen paid people a living wage, they wouldn't struggle with the skeleton crew they have running this place.

Do NOT give the pharmacy your phone number because you will get constant robo calls from them. I had to block their number cause they call all hours of the day.

Corporate should be embarrassed. Poor COVID-19 protocols in place. Few employees were wearing masks and those who were, wore them incorrectly. I was blown away that a pharmacy employee didn't have a mask on. Is all of this a reflection of poor management or just reflective on the local thought process? I'm just warning anybody who might not want to take the risk of walking in this place if they don't want to get breathed on by maskless employees.

Covid-19 breeding ground. Employees wearing masks on their chin. Customers crowded together in line. Employees stocking shelves without any mask on.

The pharmacy is a joke. I pick up many prescriptions for family members (I go the Smiths!) and they usually take forever, even when they are called in. They have given the wrong medication, given misinformation, and are usually very rude and have zero cuatomer service skills .

I don't know why this place has gotten bad reviews. There were probably bad employees working here months ago, but recently it hasn't been that bad.

Best service from any walgreens yet. We have been traveling since April. The people in the Pharmacy did not have enough meds to fill my prescription. So I left and planned on going back in a few days. They new I was camping out of town and before i could finish my errands in Varnel they called that the shipment had come in and I could pick it up. Very good service!

Constantly having to double check them. They incorrectly fill prescriptions with doses from prior prescriptions rather than the current dose prescribed by my clinician. This causes issues with my insurance when they dont want to pay for the dose I need because I just filled a prescription for the same med but at a lower dose.

Constantly having to double check them. They incorrectly fill prescriptions with doses from prior prescriptions rather than the current dose prescribed by my clinician. This causes issues with my insurance when they dont want to pay for the dose I need because I just filled a prescription for the same med but at a lower dose. Beyond this never and I mean never let them store a refill on your profile lest you want it to be lost to the ages. I refused the first refill on a med that had 3 refills and they said they would store it on my profile. When I went back in 2 weeks to get the refill they said I had no refills. I called my clinician and they called walgreens and walgreens told my clinician thay I in fact did have refills and when I went to walgreens to pick up the med yet a second time they told me I did not have refills. After speaking to another pharmacist they located my refills on my profile. I feel like maybe all the pharmacists should understand how to check something so basic. TLDR they are complacent and incompetent. If you are taking multiple meds on a permant basis they can and will make major mistakes that will cost you time, stress, and possibly money.
