keep driving and pass this gas/convenience store. went to pick up some beverages and their pricing was wrong. Most stores just change the price at the register. It wasn't a lot of money, but the principle of the matter. The cashier was rude , condescending, and made no effort to make it right. her solution was to have me go somewhere else. What kind of service business tells their customers to go somewhere else? Baffling behavior. If you are the owner of the business, your staff needs some customer service training. For other travelers I'd suggest you look for other stops because overhanging and not fixing the price error is stealing. Hopefully the owner and Chevron see how their company/brand is being represented and fix the problem.
