I needed a new caliper. $150 out the door, included the initial inspection, and they had to take the wheels off twice. Very pleasant, helpful, and fair. Brakes like a champ now. “Stopped by while passing thru town to try to rectify a pull to the left and rear shimmy. My mistake was self-diagnosing and telling them I needed an alignment and balance. Which they did promptly. Their mistake was that didn't fix the problem, never challenged my assumptions (the customer is not always right) and they never caught the clues of the steering wheel angled nor the defective tire. Why didn't I return the truck and point out the symptoms? Suppose it was a combination of my impatience and the front desk not being continuously staffed, which delayed the initial checkin.”
