Doesn't even deserve a star. They have no customer service at all. It all starts with the pharmacy manager. He has no idea how to treat a customer. How could he expect the other employees to treat you with respect. Until we as a community take a stand and put people like this out of business, they will continue to act in such a way. Not worth the fuel points that you earn to go here. Smiths should really do something about him he is driving customers away. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Smith's pharmacy in Vernal should take some customer service trainings. Got my head bit off when I asked a simple question. I have used that pharmacy for years but think I will tryout Walgreens as they have the drive up option.

Why would a “full service” grocery store close all of the regular registers an hour before they close the store? Self checkout is okay for a few items but when you have better than a weeks worth of groceries self checkout is a royal pain. So tonight after I was informed I needed to check myself out I walked away from the cart. This is not the first time I’ve gotten bad service there but it’s the last.

I have gone here for literally YEARS never had a problem. I don't know what has happened. The last few months I've been there it has been such an ordeal to get my meds. I don't know if it's the doc, the pharmacy, or the insurance. I do know one month I went there, they filled my insulin syringes, didn't give them to me. I had a fight and a half trying to get insulin syringes from them that month, got them from my dad instead. Only to find out that they were still on the shelf. Another time, they didn't have the correct amount of insulin vials. They told me to go ahead and pay for them, they'd go e me what they had and I could come back when they got more. I ended up shorted 2 vials that I purchased. When I went back, they didn't know what i was talking about and the insurance wouldn't cover more. I told a pharmacist that i needed an inhaler filled, got there to pick it up and it was nasal spray instead. Like I said, used to not have any problems with the pharmacy. Lately, it's one bad experience after the other.

One pharmacist says something different than another one at the same pharmacy when inquiring about ordering medications from a specific manufacturer. One says they can special order a specific manufacturer, the other pharmacist says they have to take what's sent to them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had a horrible experience at Smiths in Vernal today. I was going there to get hairspray and forming gel. I wasn’t sure what kind of forming gel I wanted so I had taken a few off the shelf to look at them and the manager came to me and said, we watched you take those off the shelf and now you have to pay for ALL of the ones you touched. I had touched about 10 of them, she said that it was because of coronavirus. She was very rude about it and I spent my last few dollars on 1

We prefer to come here for most of groceries over Walmart. The employees are friendly and helpful. They almost always have what we need in stock and they have fuel pumps out front that we can use with our fuel points. I believe that they have better fruits, vegetables, and meat than Walmart. The store is also cleaner than the other grocery stores in this area.

Stopped by to fill up with gas today at the local Smiths store in Vernal, Utah. Whomever was cleaning the garbage cans had traffic cones stuck out so far that people were trying to get in to get gas and would hit them. She got verbally aggressive towards two different members of the public and starting taking pictures. Both times were accidents and the cones looked like they had been run over hundreds of times but her posture, chasing the people down, throwing her arms in the air, huffing and puffing and getting in their face about it? Was that really necessary? I hope management see this and take it up with that member of staff, I run a very large successful business out on the Wasatch front and if she had been my employee, she'd be looking for another job right about now.

Have product to buy. Tried online buying, had to wait 2 days, what I ordered was sold out. Very disappointing. You won't see me do this again.
