I ordered online, the website said I would be contacted within 4 hours. I went in the next day at 2 pm and they hadn't looked at the online orders to fill them. I canceled it all together.

is it to much to ask that the self check out attendants don't stand around cussing like sailors as my kids and I are checking out. does no one have any respect anymore?

I went in to Claire’s to buy a gift and the manager was so friendly and helpful she really knows how to treat customers right. Her name is Patrice. I sure recommend Claire’s.
