“We have had several suspension problems with our 2018 Forest River Surveyor, to the point that we had the entire system (springs, equalizers, shackles, etc.) replaced and reinforced by a trailer dealer in St. Charles, MO this past spring. Outside of a trip to southern Missouri, we hadn’t taken it on a trip until now. While in northwest Colorado, my husband noticed there was a problem. We stopped in Rangely but were told we needed to go Vernal. When we got to B&D RV Center, Rod was very helpful in assessing the situation, taking pictures and scheduling the repair work. The welder, showed us the breaks in the welds, where they bolted to thin metal instead of welding or reinforcing, and where the water lines and liner were singed.
Cut to the chase, Cody was fantastic at welding and reinforcing everything correctly, Bill the mechanic, was diligent in making sure we had the right parts (springs, equalizers, etc) and everything was done correctly, Rod was great at managing resources and making sure we were taken care of to the point of letting us camp out in the lot for 3 nights. All of the staff were very kind and extremely helpful.
It was a stressful 3 days, but filled with blessings beyond measure.
To all of the staff, if you ever find yourself in Hermann, MO, please look us up, we would love to return the kindness!?

“Took my Jeep in when the dealer “Downtown Auto” couldn’t fix my car after thousands in repairs. Precision found the problem right away but sad they didn’t feel comfortable fixing the problem as it required tools and expertise that they felt should be handled by the dealer. I took it to L&L Jeep in Roosevelt and they agreed with Precision’s diagnosis sand agreed to do the work. Precision is honest and very knowledgeable, I. Completely trust them and will be sending all my work there. It is hard to find an honest mechanic now days so when you do hang on to them. Thanks Precision for you professional and honest help.”

“Stopped by while passing thru town to try to rectify a pull to the left and rear shimmy. My mistake was self-diagnosing and telling them I needed an alignment and balance. Which they did promptly. Their mistake was that didn't fix the problem, never challenged my assumptions (the customer is not always right) and they never caught the clues of the steering wheel angled nor the defective tire. Why didn't I return the truck and point out the symptoms? Suppose it was a combination of my impatience and the front desk not being continuously staffed, which delayed the initial checkin.”

“My truck sprung a transmission fluid leak at the top of flaming Gorge. I had no plan to stop in Vernal. These guys got me in bright and early the next day and had my problem fixed before I had to rent a room for a second night. They communicated in a timely fashion as to the status of the vehicle and the price of repairs. It wasn’t cheap but it’s not far off from what I expected.”
