“I can not thank Becky and Rick enough at York Motor Sports. We went on a UTV ride on the 4th of July, and our Wolverine broke a tie rod when we were on the mountain. We had to abandoned the machine, and I called first thing on the 5th, and Becky went above and beyond trying to find us a part due to us being from out of town. Becky was able to find a supplemental part that we were able to use to get us down also with the help of going to a local welder Scott Sims (S&S Welding). Needless to say, this particular part is a unicorn, and with Becky and Ricks help, we were able to make it happen. We are forever grateful to you Becky. You took my call at 0900, and worked on finding a part for me and did not stop until you found it. Also Rick, a big thank you to you as well for taking the time to look through your personal surplus products to help us out of this jam. I say all of this, to say, if they were willing to help me with just a part, I can only imagine the customer service, dedication and professional York Motor Sports will provide for anyone else looking for parts, service or a new machine. “Called auto zone today to see if they had my headlights in stock and the man on the phone was very nice he said he had the part and to come in and he would even help me change it. When I got to the store Craig was ready to jump right in and change my lights! Not only did he do that but taught me how to do it and was super friendly the whole time! It's nice to have someone teach you something new and be patient enough to make sure I get it right! He also joked around with my kids making them feel comfortable to when we left they were saying how cool he was! Seriously Thank you so much Craig! I appreciate your help and your kindness!”
