The customers very upset about the return policy that is clearly stated on the receipt. They belittled and bullied the poor teenage girl that was working there. One of the owners came in to try to work things out with this couple, however they were nothing but ignorant and disreslectful. The Classic Shop workers handled these extremely rude customers with such grace and kindness. I was truly impressed. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Their customer service is beyond exceptional.”
