For the past year our postal service can never deliver packages to the right house. It always ends up at another house in a different cul-de-sac and that’s if we’re lucky and actually get the package delivered to the right neighborhood. We have been kind and gone to them directly but it still keeps happening and it’s a joke!!

The driver doesn’t even know there are two entrances to the apartment complex and due to construction one was closed and just didn’t bring the mail because she was too lazy to go to the other entrance. Went to the post office to get my mail and they couldn’t even find it. Tax dollars going to waste.

Horrible service. Always missing packages that keep getting delivered to other places cause they don’t check the address. When we call or stop in with the tracking number to locate packages they are rude and don’t seem to care. They say they will look into it and never get back to us. I have called and spoke to 3 different people who keep saying they will look into my current missing package and still have not heard back.

Have had more issues in the last year with this post office than I'd like to for the rest of my life! Most recently I tried to pick up a package from them that was "held for pickup due to customer request" keep in mind I did NOT request to have to pick it up. I work from 8am-5pm which is outside of their very non convenient hours. So in order to pick something up I have to leave work early or leave in the middle of the day. I would never request that. When I called to see why it says I requested it I was told that they were short handed and didn't have enough help for packages so I'd have to come get it. I left work early and walked through the doors at 4:42pm (they close at 4:45) Yes I know, 3 min before they close but it takes a total of 30 seconds to grab a package. Much to my surprise when I walked in I barely missed the front desk girl locking the door into the post office area. I could clearly see their clock that said 4:43pm. She was helping a customer so I figured I'd wait, she was going to have to let him out eventually and I was there before their posted close time. About a minute into me waiting she hollered at me Ma'am were closed. So I leaned into the door opening and said I was here before 4:45 and all I need to do is pick up a package. She then again yelled Ma'am I said were closed, so I again said I need to pick up a package and its not even 4:45 yet. She just laughed at me with someone in the back. While the customer in there looked in horror at me probably wondering why she wouldn't help me. I had to leave so I called on my way out and spoke to someone that said "sorry I thought it was 4:45 when you got here. Are you still here? I can get you your package", I was already passing Kents at that point so I told her I would again leave work to come get it. It was a different gal the next day and it literally took her 18 seconds to go in the back and get my package. Something the girl the night before could have easily done. So much for customer service!! It would have probably killed the non helpful girl to do her job and not lock the door 3 min early.

The mail lady is so lazy! She will NOT deliver packages to the porch, just sets them in front of our garage (I ran over a package by accident when backing out of the garage). She also put 3 cases of water on top of a package that contained a wreath and was clearly marked “fragile”. Also have had SEVERAL issues with saying that an attempt was made but they couldn’t get to the porch. Nothing is blocking the porch or driveway (since she puts them in the driveway anyway)!!

We went in to put a hold on our mail and have an address change done less than a month ago. The lady working the counter told us everything we needed to do and we did it there and were told everything should go fine. We went in today and were told the exact opposite by a different lady. Whoever was working the counter today told us whoever did it before must have been lying and that they could not hold our mail for us. This new lady was also extremely rude when I tried to explain what were told. She also threw mail at us, and asked us if we knew how to read. Our mail is nowhere to be found and we had important stuff coming. I wouldn’t recommend doing your business here at all.

I got a notification from Amazon that delivery was attempted and it claimed there was no access to driveway or front door. I can't believe the mailman/woman would lie like this! The only time the dogs are out is if someone is out with them. And if the sprinkler is on, it does not block both the front door and the drive way. I needed this package for a wedding and they did not even attempt to deliver it again. They close so early and do not open early enough before I go to work. This was not the first time either. Of all these unfavorable reviews, nothing has changed. The city really needs to step in and get a new post master for the Tremonton post office. So not acceptable.

Friendly and efficient staff. Wasn't able to have my packages delivered due to road construction, so I had to come in to pick it up. It took 5 minutes, and i was out of there with all of my things (which were still in perfect condition)

In the age of ring doorbells, cameras, you'd think the drivers would be smart enough to not lie about attempting deliveries. The postal workers need to be held accountable for marking packages as undeliverable or doorway inaccessible, when they are just being lazy.

As everyone else says drivers are incredibly lazy. Won't get out of vehicles throw packages on the ground by the mailbox. Unless it's snowing then they just say it's undeliverable and co. E get it from the post office. Worst service I have ever seen I do not know how the postmaster still has a job.

Someone needs to shovel the snow at this small post office. There is no way the rampIs accessible by wheelchair. The stairs are dangerously slick. The lobby is filthy because everyone is tracking in snow and mud. Take 5-10 minutes and shovel please! Someone could easily get hurt.
