“It would have been a better experience had the office personnel let me kno that they could have done a diagnosis to confirm what I had thought was the problem part; before I ordered a non returnable part that i didn't need. Only then, did they do a diagnosis and found the actual problem. Which ended up being much less expensive to replace. So in the end i bought a 'special order' turn signal switch for 120.00 that i didn't need to fix a 25.00 flasher.
Overall experience, good mechanics, very fast repair and replacement. Very clean place. Nice people.”

“Our car was overheating on the way between Idaho and Utah. We stopped by at 3:00 to have it checked, hoping we could limp the car to our destination.They got our car in immediately, diagnosed and repaired our car in an hour and a half, including ordering and getting parts from town.He also got coloring books, crayons, juice and snacks for our 3 young daughters who were stressed as our 3 hour trip was quickly turning into a 6 hour trip.They had some of the best customer service I've ever seen, it was greatly appreciated. It made a difficult situation much easier.”
