Terrible return policy, only in store credit is offered, even with tag still on and receipt in hand. They did not inform me of this when I made the purchase. I bought a matching shirt for my friend two sizes bigger but was same length as mine, only difference was the width. Much to short.

If you happen to be reading through the reviews and see the review from Yenisse Dewey and fdewey323, please disregard those reviews. I happen to be in the store at the time of their service. The customers very upset about the return policy that is clearly stated on the receipt. They belittled and bullied the poor teenage girl that was working there. One of the owners came in to try to work things out with this couple, however they were nothing but ignorant and disreslectful. The Classic Shop workers handled these extremely rude customers with such grace and kindness. I was truly impressed. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Their customer service is beyond exceptional.

This store has to be the worst in its return policys. For a clothing store that does not give you the options in return and only will exchange products. These small businesses want us to support them. But will not have the same policy's as a national clothing stores. Being in a small town as this a customer should mean everything to make them happy and want repeat business from the customer. My words will be heard. What company does not give owners name and contact info. Sounds like a company that wants to hide something. I would have given a zero stars if possible.

The Classic Shop is exactly what you’d want in a small town clothing store. The employees are helpful and kind. The owners work hard to provide great customer service and train their employees to do the same, as well as contributing to our community. The store is always, always clean with new clothing options regularly. A great place to shop!!

Best customer service. The Classic Shop employees and owners have always helped me find exactly what I need. I dont love clothes shopping for myself yet I leave there with the perfect outfit and a huge boost of confidence every time! 5+ stars ?

One of the greatest local shops in town! We love being able to go in there and feel welcomed every time we walk into the store. Everyone at the Classic Shop is so nice and kind, they will do everything to make sure you find what you need and help you style anything you are looking for. Definitely a great place to shop!
