Had a similar experience to another reviewer. Had a whole beef processed. About 30% yield missing, neither butcher or farmer could explain where it went. Meeting with the farmer we called Palmer Pack and they could not provide cut sheet besides hanging weight, that's it. Now about 6 or so months later decided to write this review because the cuts are definitely off and lots of high dollar meat is missing. Meat also seems watered down. Not good, outright scam.

All of these positive posts must be from family. My experience with this family owned business was nothing short of theft. My yield was less than 35%, all of the fillets were missing from my T bones, I had no fillet mignon and then the owner had the nerve to ask if she could keep the brisket.

Absolutely one of the best places to go if you need anything they have it the people here are so unbelievably smart knowledgeable and absolutely as sweet as can be you wouldn't find some nicer people 100% recommend please go check them out you will not be disappointed

They are awesome!!!I picked up meat scraps from them and another shop locally for trapping yesterday and the other shop I got bones and meat from had white mold growing on their scraps and about 10 fifty gallon buckets full of spoiled meat in a locker. It caused their whole shop to smell nasty.Palmer though when I picked up meat from them was extremely clean! There was no smell and the locker we went into for their scraps had just been washed and sanitized. The "scraps" were worthy to feed to my dog and had no spoilage to them. I am sad they don't process wild game because I'd be all over them. Overall I was very impressed with the kindly customer service, very clean facility, and expertise in the necessary skills to do their job and do it right! I was very impressed and that is not easy to do especially with my processed meats. The difference in the two butcher shops was night and day and when we get our beef processed there is no question where it will go.
