In Brigham store …I was told in person I can shop at Steele ridge clothing co for men and the points will b combine that’s y I went to shop for my husbandDisappointed because after making the purchase the girl said sorry we don’t do that even thou at indulge I was told yes I can ….they should b in the same page the store before they say something they can’t honor ….

What an unexpected treat to find such a wonderful boutique in Tremonton! The clothes are so cute, excellent prices, and the staff are super friendly! They also have a website you can buy from.

My favorite boutique for ALL the reasons! Selection of style for women and men, a little for kids too! Darling displays, always neatly kept and smells like a dream! Atmosphere is happy and welcoming... the staff is the best, very kind and helpful!

The worst customer service and return policy I’ve ever experienced. She was adamant and pushy for me put my returns (items that I had purchased and currently owned) behind the counter while I looked for an item to exchange. Treating me like I was going to steal something. Then they told me that one of my items wasn’t eligible for return, exchange, or in store credit because it was purchased on sale…. I left the store with an overpriced item that doesn’t fit and a bad taste in my mouth. Will never shop there again.

Best boutique! My daughters and I love shopping at Indulge. The employees are always kind, friendly, and happy to help. It is so nice to have such an amazing store in Tremonton! I have read that others are dissatisfied with their return policy, but I have found that they are always upfront and honest with their policy. I have returned a few items and NEVER had a problem. My only problem with the store is that they ALWAYS have cute items…I could spend my whole paycheck here every month!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The return policy is ridiculous. I shipped my return back to them and because it was 4 days late they REFUSED to return it and wanted me to pay to ship back items that didn’t fit me. They didn’t even send me a email about it. I had to finally message them about it. I’ve worked retail for over 7 years and never would treat a customer that way. I’ve never experienced anything like it from any other small business before. I won’t be shopping there again.

Indulge is the worst place to shop. Their employees are rude and unhelpful. Their return policy is ridiculous and they could care less to help their customers. I will never shop there again.
