Might I say that this has been by far the best experience ever in a cell phone retail store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Vickey Sarah and Rexie they treated me like a friend instead of a customer. They helped me pick out and choose the phone That exactly fitted my persona. Also, their phone plans are amazing. I picked the iPhone 14 pro max :) I’ll most definitely be back soon to this location for my business devices Thank you Vickey and rexie and Sarah :D

It took 30 minutes for them to put me in the que and another 20 before I could talk to someone. There were only two customers ahead of me and there were two tellers. I would suggest driving to Logan or Brigham if you need to go to a physical store unless you like sitting and waiting.

Rhexi was the biggest help! We came in at a loss, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and left feeling satisfied. We will definitely be visiting here again.

The phone number on your Google Maps page is wrong, you should get a direct line instead of going though cooperate. Also I was talking on the phone with someone when they said I hanged up when I didn't and I still wanted answers.

I went in to buy a new iPhone 14 and specifically asked both times I went in for them to take off the phone insurance. I still got charged both times for it and had to call the company twice to get it fixed. It’s horrible that you have to double check absolutely everything they do because they try to sneak secret costs in. I’m buying a new watch soon and going to another company. I don’t trust them since Javier left.

I went in today simply to pick up the phone that I had already paid for. I went in at 11 and finally was able to leave with the phone at 1:30. The long wait was not because they were busy (I was the only one there other than 3 workers). I was there that long because they were waiting for a phone call to approve activation.And they were playing country music the entire 2½ hours and refused to change it or turn it off.So much for a quick pick up.

I have been to many cell phone stores. The company authorized store in Logan is terrible. This cellular store knows the meaning of customer service. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They are personal and genuine. Thank you.

Excellent service. Attention to detail unmatched. Jarom transferred the information from my old phone to my new one and installed the case and screen protector. You know the little bubbles that can appear between the screensaver and the phone’s screen? Jarom took personal offense at these bubbles. He was on a mission to give me a bubble-free screen. I watched him meticulously clean the screen ( with a flashlight), Seriously. If there were a national contest for screen protector applications, Jarom is the Ringer. It was a breath of fresh air to go to a business staffed by a human who genuinely cares.

These guys are fantastic! We went on Black Friday 2021 to get our trade in done. We traded in our iPhone 6S’s for iPhone 13 Pros and they helped us out so much and were so helpful. Perfect experience!
