Unfortunately I can't give a good rating for Bear River Self Storage. While the facility is nice enough they are difficult to work with. I've tried to change the credit card their billing to since I setup the account for a family member. It was only supposed to be for the first payment, after which the family member was going to pay it. Despite several conversations with me and my family member, they continue to bill my card. I'm now having to contest the charges through the credit card company. They are difficult to get a hold of and seldom return calls.

They offer all sizes on storage units. Some are extremely large. The prices are comparable to others in surrounding areas.

These are a great storage units. Also good managers or owner. Very nice and available anytime.
