A very nice place for the price. Room was spacious. The employees were very helpful. Especially Heather of the evening shift. I had left my Bible and a book I was reading. She personally found them mailed them back to me. Most places would not take that kind of interest in their customers.Rooms: Spacious

The hotel is in a very nice location! There's already scenery of rock formation in the area. You can already have some picture taking even before going to the park. The room that we had is huge enough to accomodate four people. It's clean and we like that we're near to the reception area for our coffee! It's a perfect hotel when planning to visit Capitol Reef National Park! The park is near from the hotel.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. This is a great two star hotel. You get a clean room and nice bed for sleeping.

Terrible outside lighting for travelers who enjoy Dark SkiesThis is a dark skies community drawing tourism to see the beauty of the area and the beauty in the night skies. The hotel lighting is terrible and disperses excessive light, contributing to light pollution, and simple adjustments, such as using downward-directed fixtures, can easily fix this issue. Other businesses in the area have made this change to demonstrate their commitment to responsible tourism and supporting dark skies. Aligning with community values would enhance the experience of stargazers and show respect for the environment. I hope Noor Hotel can hear this feedback and make adjustments or they might not.

Best location, and big rooms, but rundown room conditions, terrible staff. Visited on June 21 and paid more for this hotel based upon high ratings. But very disappointed. Toilet was blocked, took 1/2 hour to find a guy at registration (he is never found at the register and never answered phone once), took an hour to change the room, New room has broken bathroom door and missing shower curtain. It took another 1/2 hour to get shower curtain installed. We selected this over Daisy Inn in town, but it was a huge mistake. Never wrote this bad review for many years. I hope this helps others to make right hotel selection when in visit the area.

This place is pretty standard for a motel. It's mostly clean, the beds are fine, and the door locks.

Can´t understand the bad reputations. Everything was ok. The room was clean and big. Great service/help at the front desk and fast as well. Location perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Quiet at day and night. We would come again.

Solid option in a convenient location to visit Capitol Reef. Not modern, but clean, comfortable and quiet. Could be improved by offering breakfast. Microwave and good size mini fridge in the room.

Spent $177 (for one night) here and it's just a budget inn. Nothing against the crew they were great. But the room and motel is outdated and not worth $177 a night. There are a lot better bed and breakfast that should be checked out.

Location was great, a few miles from Capitol Reef National Park. Room was fine, nothing special, lighting poor as in most hotels, lights in the wrong locations. It would be great if lodging establishments hired a lighting expert to advise them on how to provide customers with light where it is needed.Front deck attendant was excellent, great choice for an employee and ambassador!Mexican restaurant across the parking lot was excellent and a real benefit to the hotel.Didn't find my bed very comfortable, I think the room was 211.

A quite nice hotel outside Torrey. The rooms are comfortable, though the bathroom is too small and the toilet is too small. The bathtub is adequate. The room is good for one night stay, but probably not comfortable enough for longer stay. View from the hotel is excellent. However, the hotel is not adequately manned. When I checked in, the desk is not manned, and the receptionist only come a few minutes later. When I wanted to check out, no one is on the desk. The hotel is not providing any breakfast. The economic value isn’t good enough.Location is very close to Capitol Reef National Park. Cell reception is good on this place.

The hotel was fine except for the heater. No matter what we set the heat to the room would get very hot. We turned off the heater and it would turn on in the middle of the night with FP on the display, blasting hot air making the room very hot. The heater under FP mode could not be changed. I asked the front desk about the issue but was given no assistance. The 2nd night, we had to open the window to cool the room down.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Booked 3mo in advance. I paid extra for NORTH FACING KING SUITE "Room with a view". (See the view and room in pictures.) Upon arrival, the front desk child was unreachable for 10-15 mins, then useless and condescending. Our second and last stay here. There are so so so many other options in Torrey. Avoid this scam hotel.

The room was clean and bed was nice and comfortable. However, I like to have the fan running at night but it wouldn’t run continuously, so would start up frequently in the middle of the night and it was so LOUD. The plumbing in our room and adjoining rooms was very noisy too.
