The personnel are very friendly and very professional and knows what they’re doing with the different phones that they sell. They are great people to work with.

Don't use this store. I was only connecting to the network 90% of the time, then I would need to restart my phone to connect again. I stopped in and the lady working there (6-29-24, 10:30 am) changed my SIM card and then could not get the phone to connect to the network at all. She then told me that my phone is no longer supported on their network and that I would have to buy a new phone. My phone is about 1 year old. She kept my old SIM card and asked "so is there anything else I can help you with?". Long story short I walked in at 10:30 am on sat with a working phone and walked out at 11:00 am with a non-working phone. I think they are trying to scam people into having to buy new phones by acting like they are trying to help, then telling you your phone will no longer work and you need to buy a new one. Stay away from this store!!! Verizon is now involved and helping to resolve this and had me fill out a complaint. Go to any other Verizon store just not the one in Tooele.......

Terrible! Don’t usually review but I’m frustrated… The woman working Friday night on June 21, 2024 is absolutely worthless. Tried to leave T-Mobile and join Verizon…. She doesn’t want to help guests at all. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Hello, we have neen wanting to upgrade our Verizon phones. My husband and I have been with verizon for over 20 years. Last night we went to our local store in Tooele Utah, and sorry to say, I have never had such horrible customer service. We went inside and started looking. No acknowledgment, no greetings I asked the main guy riley about trade ins, another worker who was sitting slouched over in a chair burried in his phone, just yelled out 'trade ins wouldn't be worth your time" never looked up from his own phone. They both acted SO put out that we were there. The store closed at 8:00, we got there about 7:15, we asked "if we have a phone in mind, could we do it tonight" the kid was like "no, it's to late and we can't get into the safe cause it was on a timer" The whole situation was like slow motion, they had no intention on helping us. Very sad what customer service has come too. We may switch carriers after this.

This Place is THE WORST!
I don’t usually review but this one I just had to! The guy there, without asking, took 10 minutes to find accessories, and said it’s $300 out the door. Without the accessories it was $150. What the heck!!! We don’t need $150 worth of accessories! Also, asked for a data transfer, and they said they were able to do it, but a day later, ALMOST ALL MY PHOTOS WERE GONE!!! I CANNOT RECOVER ANY OF THEM!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!! ITS A SCAM!!! I mean it is business BUT DONT COME HERE TO GET A DATA TRANSFER PLEASE!!!

I went to switch carriers and worked with Kassidy. I was so frustrated with my other company when I walked in but Kassidy was so patient, friendly, took her time with me and helped me every way she could. She never rushed and she remained kind the entire time. I apologized profusely for being frustrated when I walked in and although she said I wasn't bad, she understood and made sure I left in a good mood. Wonderful customer relationship skills!

Best customer care I've had. Better customer service than corporate Verizon stores gave me. And they did it in less time than All the other 6 stores I went to trying to get my data plan back. I have been without data since November 3rd and felt like I was getting the runaround.
