If I could give it a 0 I would. Soooo many billing issue. Neither the manager at the location can help- not the support number provided because they are "third party". Basically if you have an issue - you just get bounced around, and no one resolves it. I have a pass for me, myself, my husbands and have regretfully signed up for personal training. I get 5-7 separate charges a month - and have been told their is no way to combine them. Ridiculous. There should be a way to combine house hold fees and not pay 5-7 "processing fees". In addition- we pay and annually equipment maintenance fee - but as far as I can tell nothing is maintained. Over half the machines in the theater room are broken and have been for the entire time (over a year) I have been going. As well as many out on the floor. Unfortunately there are no other options in our area - where my son can also go, as soon as there is- or when I can get a home gym set up- we will be canceling our memberships and spreading the word about the shady billing.

I love this place! they hire great people. every time I have needed help there is someone always waiting to help me. twice I've had needed help with my account and kelsi was at the front desk with a smile on her face to greet me and to help me fix the issue I was having. she is super friendly has great customer service skills which is hard to find these days, but not here at vasa. kelsi is definitely always on task and knows how to treat your customers.

I have been a vasa member among the many gyms from before. Spa fitness 16 when I joined. Lifestyles 2000! Golds gym! So as far as a review. Vasa is the only gym to go from here on out until I can go no more! The trainers and everyone is so friendly and willing to help in any way they can!

Avoid Vasa. Customer service is daunting and painful. If you want to know my experiences I have several and email receipts to show. Arizona gyms were great, the Tooele Utah gym is pathetic, broken and disgusting, go smell the steam room. Vasa make right by me, I am mentioning you to friends and family whenever I can. It is not right.

It’s a good gym. Lots of equipment they just need more squat racks. Currently there’s one squat rack and one smith machine.

0 stars. NOAH EMMONS and HIS MOM both work at Vasa in Tooele. The mother and son duo are very rude and racist. Noah Emmons did not want to help, instead he shrugged his shoulders and gave a side eye as if it wasn't his problem to answer or help with questions regarding the gym. His mother who is also a front desk employee; not sure what her name is. She said Noah was her son and acted like he did nothing wrong. They are rude and racist; they helped everyone else and acted like I was invisible. Noah needs to learn manners, but I don't expect much from him because his mom clearly doesn't have any herself. The mother and son duo do not need to work together at Vasa in Tooele. Hire better, do better or change their positions to clean toilets and pick trash instead. They do not belong in the front desk with their rude and racist attitudes.

I give 2 stars mostly because it’s the only decent gym in town and it’s too small for that. Everyone wants to go there and so it’s always super busy with not enough equipment. People will be waiting in line for things when you just wanna workout

All the works have been super nice to me. I enjoy the Movie theater cardio room. VASA has so many different machines and weights to use.

Love the facilities and local team members.Do not love dealing with corporate whenever I need to make a change in my membership. They are ridiculously hard to get hold of. Membership changes should be able to happen at the local club level.

My husband was approached today for wearing compression pants that he wears for a medical condition, the staff told him that him wearing them was inappropriate, which has never been a problem, workout clothes are usually tight and give support, women aren't talked to about wearing sports bras, not very professional, we have been long standing customers and haven't had an issue til today. He will continue to wear them for support.

Good gym. I wish it was open earlier and late... but the equipment is usually in good repair and while it's busy when I go, there's usually a way to get my workout done in spite of the crowds. I'm happy.

I really enjoy the group fitness classes... my favorites are Barre, Pilates, Pump, and Yoga. The trainers who run the classes are pretty awesome.... shout out to Denise, Amy, and Rachel @Tooele!!!Tooele is my home Vasa, but I go to SJ and WVC a lot, too. I will say the Tooele Vasa is too small for how much Tooele County is growing, so equipment is as limited as the parking. It would be great to have the same amenities in Tooele as SJ. Overall, though, I love Vasa.

I exercise here four or five days a week and the staff is always friendly they keep the place clean and generally the machines all work. Definitely a great gym to have here in Tooele.

Came here in April cause I wanted to avoid the crowds of "new year's resolution" people. Happy I did cause now I don't have to fight to find parking. The gym is nice and clean and I love their classes! It is definitely different than other gyms I've been to. Price is great but they need to make the parking lot better cause the potholes suck.

I enjoy all of the features of this gym, except the absurd hours and cleanliness. Closes at 8pm on Friday/Saturday. Sunday at 3pm. After closing I saw employees tidying up weights, but not wiping down any equipment. It’s not a large gym. So you need to be an early riser to snag the station you want. Due to overcrowding later on. Shut down Sauna and steam rooms an hour early. I assume for cleaning, but somehow they smell like sewage. I don’t dare to enter. Overall, not great for people who can’t get to the gym until later in the evening and sanitation is questionable. I understand it’s a gym and things get gross and dirty. But you would expect just a little bit of effort to keep customers safe.
