Do not rent from this company. I’ve had the worst experience with these people. I’ve rented from many storage units before and have had better experiences with them. Not only is it frustrating that everytime you call this company, no one speaks or understands English very well, it’s hard to get the help you need and such a pain to call. They don’t have any people ever on site to help if needed. I’ve seen homeless people living in this facility and people using their unit as a place to live at night time, it’s not monitored at all and hard to trust. For a couple weeks to a month at a time, the gate wouldn’t work. It had problems, broken whatever but we couldn’t access it when needed a couple times to where it ruined trips we had planned. I’ve had storage units in the past that raise the rent price, which is fine and expected. With this company, they raised mine 3 times in a matter of a month and a couple weeks, it increased to $100 more than what I was paying before which is insane. Especially for the quality of these units. I don’t know how they expect anyone to afford that. When trying to make the process of moving out, they refuse to allow you to make payments or even split it up in anyway so you could pay their high prices. They put a lock on our unit just because I gave them notice and told them I couldn’t pay the balance until the next week because it was too high for me to afford since I just had a newborn baby. When I was able to pay it, we went to move things out and they never took the lock off. I had to call and go through a whole process for them to remove the lock even though it had been a week after paying the balance. They are unorganized and super unprofessional. I recommend going anywhere but here in tooele especially. And most storage companies have better quality units in tooele anyways. Do your research and look for the reviews because I wish I had not gone with this company.

Cheryl helped Me with my storage unit to make sure it won't go into action. She made sure that it will be ok till I can make the payment. She was a big help to me. I'm a single mom trying to get through a rough time.

Ever since the new management took over, they canceled my auto pay, only way I found out was a letter stating I was multiple months over and they would sell my stuff. Once that was sorted, it went from 60 for trailer parking to 89 in 6 months. I was constantly getting calls asking me to provide registration so they know I was storing what I said I was. If you pay to store something, it shouldn't matter about registration. As far as closing your account, they require but do not state you need to contact them 3 days prior!! And if you don't, you're stuck paying for a full month even when you are only over for 4 days due to issues preventing you from getting a picture to prove you've moved out. Oddly enough, they say they have cameras but can't look and verify themselves. They tried to tell me they needed a picture of the lot label. There isn't any lot labels sooo I guess you just write it in the rocks?! The people you talk to are not sure about anything they do except taking your money. It seems they are using a system from the early 2000s since they can barely do anything. As others have said, they are thieves. They have no clue how to run an honest business and I really wish the previous owners were still incharge otherwise I wouldn't have moved out. Stay away, look else where, work out a deal with your neighbor. Itll be cheaper and less of a hassle than dealing with these people.

Avoid renting here! My experience with the facility is all negative since the new management took over. There were 2 rate increases in the last year then insurance was added on top (I stored an RV there that is insured independently). I had enough finally and terminated the rental. The process to end the rental was a complete joke, without going into details, you need to be able to trust the entity you are doing business with and you should 100% not trust this one. There are much better, less expensive options.

These guys are aweful. They have tried to force insurance on my trailer when I already have insurance. They never requested a copy and I have been storing my trailer with them for over 4 years. They have raised my fee 2x in the last year and are now doing it again. They are a joke to even try to work with. Even telling me that they wont refund me the forced insurance placement when I am already covered. BEWARE. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU SECURITY DEPOSIT AS WELL AND SAY IT IS THE PREVIOUS OWNER RESPONSIBILITY AND TO GO FIND THEM.

Quick an easy, the manager was very professional an prompt, came out of his way to help me an make sure I was taken care of. I recommend them, the storage units are clean an are easy to get in an out of.

I got charged for an extra month. Numerous emails and a few phone calls and I can't get my money back. The price and location are the only reason for two stars. Said they can't even find record of my account. Yet my banking account shows the 7 months they pulled out.

24 hr gate access and fully fenced with razor wire not bad if you ask me and I think one of the better prices in town
