Twice in a row now where I call for oil change quotes for Ford vehicles. By the time I go to pay the charge is much higher than what I was originally quoted. I don't know why because it's not due to additional things being done that cause the price increase. I hope it's just terrible miss communication within the company but I don't know.

Worst Customer Experience ever! Took Truck in to have Oil leak fixed and paid a few thousand dollars. Notified them within 2 days that it was still leaking and was told it was Oil on Engine not to worry? Well a few months later it was still leaking so I took it in and they said it was another leak they missed and it would cost another couple thousand dollars as the amount of labor involved so I complained and the Manager Johnny told me I was Insane and said he beat me "Anytime, Anywhere"! They are either Incompetent or Dishonest, either way they are HORRIBLE at their job and Extremely Disrespectful and ignorant if you question them. I've used them a while on a few Vehicles and bought multiple items from their store inside but will NEVER use them again and would DEFINITELY advise to not use them!

Tooele Ford customer service was amazing! My husband and I had looked at a couple of other dealerships before finding this hidden gem. CJ, our salesman was extremely friendly and kind. I feel like we made a friend for life when we bought our car from him. I can't say enough nice things about him. He brought us drinks and even found a snack for our daughter when she mentioned that she was hungry. He went above and beyond. Next time we need to purchase a car we will be going straight back to Tooele Ford. Best customer service, hands down!

Dealership has horrible communication. Flew into Utah to purchase an expedition and after it was complete they finally mention it only comes with 1 key and there is permanent water stain on half of the vehicle glass. I have tried working with several individuals to get a professional detail to see if the glass can be saved but I believe I will have to replace several thousand in glass and stained trim. Several employees have ghosted me after asking for some kind of assistance.
Titling took 6months to get my title to me after purchasing the car in cash. Several mistakes on paperwork and tax issues prevented registration causing the vehicle to have to sit in my driveway for months until I had the title in hand.
Not happy with this dealership at all and I advise you don’t leave their property till you are 100% sure you have everything you need, otherwise they will stiff you when you need future assistance.
Update: Nobody contacted me following this poor review and I’ll tell you that is very reflective of your brand considering since day 1 everyone has ghosted me about this issue. I finally made an appointment at a private auto detail shop and had to have a rather aggressive paint correction and glass polish to rid my vehicle of these horrible spots. $1100 later and the vehicle is manageable now (not perfect but much better).

Recently purchased a Bronco Sport Nate B was the salesman he was professional,but needs to learn the brands of cars he is selling. Nate Monroe was great to work with very easy and no pressure to get the sell. Overall was a good experience.
