The process of buying a mattress can be stressful and intimidating. However, our customer experience at Mattress Firm changed that. We were greeted by an exceptionally helpful and friendly mattress expert, Skylor. Skylor effortlessly showcased the different mattresses that were in our price range. We were able to bond in the short time together and his mattress wisdom solidified our desire to purchase from Mattress Firm. If we owned the company we would promote him immediately. Neal was awesome!! He quickly jumped into action. Showing me the next or similar mattress. He showed medium, medium . In a couple different brands. He showed me the adjustable base, that I said I wasn’t going to get. I bought it! Neal was great.
Delivery was as quick, clean and fast.

If you want great customer service, a good deal and someone that's very knowledgeable and professional in their job, go see Neal and Skylor at the Mattress Firm in Tooele. I was very happy with the service I received from both of them. I would definitely recommend The Mattress Firm in Tooele, it's so refreshing to finally receive the customer service most businesses fail to give.
