I had gone with my father-in-law to get a pedicure and a manicure for my birthday. For one my toes were painting and the nail polish isn’t cleaned up. My father in law got cut when getting his pedicure done as well. Then I sit down to a woman and she started doing my nail and she had cut 7 out of ten of my fingers. The design isn’t at all what the picture looked like the color was changed by me but I had her redo the design three times and it didn’t get any better. I do not recommend going here. I get everyone has different experiences but this one wasn’t a good experience.

I really really love this place. The couple of times I've been here they have exceeded my expectations and I get a lot of compliments on my nails after I leave their place

I just got my nails ruined. I hate to leave such a bad review for a local business, but not only is the color completely wrong (I asked the technician if she had the right color and she said yes, this was my first time doing dip so I thought some other coat must be coming) but my fingers and nails actually hurt from how much they were filed down, that was really not necessary. She just kept filing them. And then when they tried to fix them already ridiculously short, they filed again. The fix didn’t work because communication is awful. Manager charged full price without any problem, but made it “right” by giving me half off coupon for next time. Uhm does anyone need it? I wouldn’t go back even for a year of free nails. Worst nail salon experience ever. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them when they do speaks volumes.

The staff is amazing the creative nature is awesome. I have never been disappointed with my experience there. The shop is clean,the price is fare. I would recommend them

I had my nails done a week ago. For some reason, a couple chipped. I called Nick at Ivy. He said to come right down and they would fix it. Exactly what he did. Ivy is always great to work with. Nick is a great guy and will always take care of you.

Went in with 2 other people for pedicures. They got started on right away, I went through a whole massage chair cycle (at least 10-15 minutes)before the guy who answers phones came over and started mine. He rushed my deluxe pedicure to get me finished with the 2 other people instead of giving me my 15 minute extra leg massage and hot stones. I didn't get what I paid for. So disappointed.

They did a great job with the pedicure. My massage was so relaxing. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, & I love the pecudice & color. 4 stars because they aren't completely level at the tip if the nail.

I came in for a full set. My nails took so long, they guy was really rough, all of my nails ended up being different lengths and looked so terrible and it was quite expensive. Probably won’t be returning.Service: Acrylic nails

I have been coming to this nail salon branch since I was 12 and I have NEVER been able to find a place that was just as good. First time back after I moved back to town and it’s just as amazing as I remember. Honestly never want to go anywhere else!!Services: Acrylic nails
