My favorite convenience store. I go there on almost a daily basis lol. The snacks are a bit overpriced but thats normal for convenience stores. They've got a great selection!

Today they were despots with my 60-year-old dad who does not speak English and tried to do his job and were not kind to help him with a doubt he had and that he was Using translator to make himself understood, you have to be more empathetic and more if they are senior citizens

The staff was polite and efficient .there was only one cash register open and the line started to get 3-4people in it and the guy socking shelves came right over immediately and open the other register. ?

The people there seem to be doing their upmost to do the job. Nearly al ays clean and mostly stocked with what I want. I have one complaint I have voiced at the store and it seems like one of those days things that I would just let go but when socking the energy drinks or any canned beverage why must it be filled to the point of not being able to get one out? They have told me various things like they fall over.. etc no it's not the occasional tipped one that nearly breaks my knuckles ... I also get them trying to answer me in the store ... But I've stocked refrigerators not for a number of years it's the same reason they jam the lids full at other convenience stores trying to stay stocked... Please talk about this I imagine some may just not get the drink they want because it is truly difficult.

They wouldn’t let my wife get gas with card info after they said they would. Since she left her wallet in SLC she was stranded without gas.

I have to say, this guy that got working at this store named James is a amazing and a hard worker. I hope his manager and his higher ups know how lucky they are to have someone like that on staff. I have never seen someone work so hard to keep a store clean and stocked up. In the few times I have been in this store here in Tooele over the last few weeks, I have observed James cleaning counters, machines, using a small green scrubber to clean the floors and stocking products and he does it effortlessly without compliant. He listens to the customers, their needs, and if will write down their requests for products and always tells them he will do the best he can to get something in for them. I have also noticed that he never asks his co-workers to do anything that he wouldn't do himself. That's leadership skills that I was personally never taught, to command the store like that and have the respect of your fellow co-workers is impressive.

I was blown away by the amount of service I received from a employee named James, he went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience.. I'm not even sure where to begin, first thing was he went into the cooler to search for a drink that I wanted that wasn't stocked, then he stocked it to make sure that others had a chance to get it too. Second thing was he helped me and walked me through the process of getting signed up for their rewards program, I didn't feel rushed or like I was a hassle to anyone, and lastly I got four packs of cigarettes' and he asked me if I needed a lighter, no one has ever done that before.. I would of never even thought about it and it was something I actually needed too. That is a different level of care and attention to detail that you don't see taught anymore, this was a A+ experience and amazing customer service from James and it made me a parament shopper to this location.
