“This shop was fantastic! My truck died and I needed to get it in somewhere quickly. Bob answered my call and was super helpful, told me to just have the tow truck drop it off and they'd handle it even though they were busy all week. Within 2 hours I had a full diagnostic texted to me with a call to explain it all, quotes to fix it, and Bob didn't try to upsale me on anything. From call initiation to the call that it was ready was about 7 hours total. Will definitely be bringing my cars here anytime I need a fix.”

“Took my 2015 wrx in to get a popping sound looked at when I downshift. I thought my differential was going out. I waited to 20 min total time. The mechanic found the problem. It was a loose bolt. He tightened it, fixed it all up for me, took it for a test drive to make sure that was it, and sent me on my way with no payment. I am very happy with the quality of service ? and knowledge of the mechanic. If I ever have a problem, I can't figure out I will be going back to this honest and trustworthy place. Thank you.”

“Fantastic experience. Rob called me every step of the way over the course of the 2-3 weeks that my trailer was there for many repairs. I’m a new camper owner, and inherited an old one for free. Rob walked me through a list of items in order of the most important things to accommodate the budget I was on. He left me with some recommendations and further items that he would tackle next to give me some ideas for the future. Will definitely come here again for future needs and questions. Highly recommend.”

“I wish I could post a higher rating, because when they say they care about their customers, they really do.
We were on our way out of town for an outing, and got a flat tire just as we got on the freeway. We were able to bring the tire back in, on a busy summer day, and I was told it would take about 2 hours to repair, which would cause us to cancel our plans. Within a few minutes I received a call back stating that the tire was finished. When I asked about the time, they said that they noticed I had a car full of kids (my 5), and seemed to be in a hurry so they repaired it right away.
This experience brought me to tears, and has been shared with many others about how well Les Schwab does business. Thank you!”

You can't even tell there was damage from before. Hopefully I don't have a lot of reason in the future for body shops, but I can guarantee if I ever do I will be going there again.”

I suggest you give them a try. Karl went way beyond what I ask for. He didn't try to add to the cost he gave me. Very good service. I will have him back again. He's owner operator so it's not some guy collecting a check. His success is the service he offer. I suspect he gets busy during the season.
Get on his schedule now.
