They have a great Cobb salad. The service isn't always fast, but your food is always hot and made to order. They will also do a lettuce wrap if you are watching cars or have a gluten

They are very consistent and the food is always fresh/hot. If you know Apollo Burger, you know what I mean. Service is excellent, and fast.From what I've seen everything is made to order which is a breath of fresh air. Especially after eating soggy heat lamp food from other places around here. Apollo sets the bar when it comes to freshly made, hot food in Tooele.
