I had a terrible experience with one of the managers, Kelly E. She was rude, condescending, rolled her eyes when I asked a question, and she was extremely mean to her fellow coworkers. I will never go to this store again, and I would suggest she be replaced.

I asked 3 different people for assistance in the paint department, there was an overhead page 2 of the 3 times, but after 30 minutes of trying and nobody shows up…I left.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Got there 10 minutes before closing to quick grab a snack or two and they wouldn't let me in! I thought closing at 11 meant doors close at 11, its not a restaurant.
I'm not one to write a novel long review complaining, but this was so ridiculous that I have to share.
I was aware they were closing soon and planned on being less then 10 minutes in the store. Not trying to make employees stay longer than needed, but I hadn't eaten in hours and wasn't wanting to pass out on my way home. I tried to be polite about it but the 2 employees at the door were unbelievably rude to me and would not let me in. They told me I should've got there sooner and to leave and go to Winco. Under normal circumstances I would've gone to Winco. But I'm currently on an extremely tight medical diet so I wasn't sure if Winco would even have anything for me! Luckily the Harmons across the street was open and let me in so I didn't have a medical episode.
Definitely will not be coming back to this Walmart, I recommend taking your business across the street to Harmons, they have great customer service, unlike this Walmart. Completely shocked by this horrible experience.

Went to walmart to buy a controller and headsets for my xbox bought my controller and headset went to go to leave and this older lady stopped me and asked for my receipt is was confused because my items where in a bag a receipt in my hand and I hadnt done anything to be marked as a threat of stealing anything like running away I even nodded her way as I walked slowly by and then I proceeded to ask if she was accusing me of stealing I'm hispanic if this helps so she didn't respond to my question she just saud well I judt need to see if you really bought these items and I said of course here's my receipt in just confused why your asking for it if I'm not being accused of stealing but in being stopped like I am stealing then a shorter hispanic guy in casual cloth's and another worker comes over and this worker starts screaming at me saying I could be tresspassed and banned from every walmart itself imeaning all walmarts for stealing and he seemed very hostile toward me i hadn't done anything rudely. All I'd asked for if I was being accused of stealing but they other hispanic in casual clothing just told me that I wasnt stealing so I said alright call the cops because if you guys are going to waste my ill waste yours the cops where called they asked for my receipt I showed it too them they handed it too the older lady she saw that I had bought my items and I was handed my receipt and was on my way I dont have a walmart subscription like Costco its not in my policy to show anyone what ive bought honestly its awful to feel like I'm being accused of stealing when all I went to do was buy my things and go homr without being terry stopped by a non cop or anyone who needs to see my property if I havent done anything wrong and honestly one of the worst walmarts ive been to I was not trespassed but that was honestly one of the worst interactions ive ever had at a walmart

Pickup service is a joke here. Expect to wait forever for pickup orders or better yet shop elsewhere for better service. You'd think a billion dollar corporation could hire a few more employees. You'll spend longer waiting for pickup than it takes to do the shopping yourself. Absolute joke of a business. I've been waiting for 50 minutes and have yet to see anyone waiting get their order.

Typical walmart they did say I couldn't have more than 15 item in self check. They only had 1 other register open and the checker was taking very long time with each person having trouble scanning and doing the job

Waited 50 minutes to pick up my online grocery order only for your employees to call me and tell me they lost my order. How in the world do you keep someone waiting in 100 degree weather for an hour before telling them you lost their order??! In the amount of time they spent “looking” for my order they could’ve just pulled it again. Instead their solution was to keep me waiting for almost an hour then call me to just say “sorry, we lost it but you won’t be charged.”

I’ve never left a Walmart review before - but the online pickup service is a joke. Arrived at the beginning of the one hour window and waited over an hour and a half for my groceries. The delivery people bring out the most minimal amount possible and are so incredibly slow it’s not even funny. I don’t know if they’re under-staffed, over-worked, or what the issue is. And if you call the store location, nobody will answer. It just rings. If you can’t support this service don’t offer it.
