I drove over 30 minutes to get to this store for a pre-scheduled appointment only to be told they don’t have the medicine I was booked for and haven’t had it in stock for weeks! Outside is dirty and smells of bodily waste. This was a horrible place with bad customer service

This location is horrible. They have given me other peoples medication, filled the wrong dosage and didn’t notice it, contacted a random provider for refills, and USE PHOTO EMPLOYEES AS PHARM TECHS. Double check everything they give you, they are going to seriously injure someone who needs help and can’t advocate for themselves.

Worst pharmacy ever customer care from the pharmacist assistant, very rude staff , always short of medicines, the management of WALGREENS need to fire that staff and replace them with more professional staff

‼️PHARMACY CLOSES 8PM mon-fri!!!!‼️ They need to update the hours for the pharmacy on their website and google. Now I can’t get my antibiotics because I was under the impression that the pharmacy was open til 10pm because the website and google says so. And the girl up front wasn’t very friendly when I notified her of the discrepancy.

They ignored me for like 15 minutes no I will be right with you nothing my husband had to go to management just to get help the pharmacy is a joke and I have no choice but to stay till I get my new health insurance and I will be moving and calling corporate my self they all need to be retrained on customer service ??? and now I have to transfer all my meds again because they don’t use the good Rx code someone needs to train your staff again

Great Svc thru pharmacy drive thru from Kasey. Showed kindness and professionalism.Inside the store at photo received great friendly; quick service from Corbin. Positive great service at Walgreens ?

I gave them a one because there's not a zero , the woman lied to me and said the reason my prescription was not ready was because they just received it but my doctor sent me a text 2 days ago when she sent it . Just overall poor service poor customer service and rude employees. It's so disappointing.

This Walgreens location is a joke. I went in person to pick up my prescription they couldn't find it so I called my Dr had them send it over again so I been trying to call and the hold time is unreal then goes to ringing and eventually hangs up never been able to talk to a human being!!!I went to a different Walgreens and had no issues they could see my prescription sitting in the other store for the entire 3 days and they couldn't understand why I was told it wasn't in the system and didn't get it yet. Horrible with researching correctly in the system either that or the people there are not computer savvy!!!!

They didn't give good service to say the least. She tampered with my item, placing my proof of purchase inside my item container. It should always be the customers' privilege to open their own item accordingly and given the opportunity to receive the receipt. She also bagged this item upside down. It's not my fault I'm paying for your meal and you're still not happy about it.

Ordered my husband's meds through the app. Canceled one but he stil got it. Answering the phone was stupid... it woukd be on hold fine..but it would ring for someone to answer.. out right back on hold did this about 5 times. They reassured my pill was Canceled. My husband said the staff was a bunch of chatty patties standing around not doing much. I was easy to get his pills either. When he is the salt lake city area again we will not go through this walgreens.

I have liked this pharmacy ok. The wait times are always a joke but the the workers are nice. I have been in line a hour, nobody has greeted the drive through and I’ve been at the window 20 min. Now they are reducing hours when they need to be extending with more staff. I will be switching, which makes me sad, it’s been a good year or so with you.
