Quite obviously understaffed and overworked, grumpy employees. I swear they either flat out lie about when the prescription will be ready or they have a spin the wheel game they play when giving estimates. Oh and when you do go to pick up, plan on waiting in line for 30 minutes to get the actual prescription in both the drive-up and in-store.

Only reason we use this garbage pharmacy is because it's 24/7. But it's never a good experience. The night crew is awful! They're condescending, rude, and never have orders ready on time. I've been told \\\"your prescription really isn't all that important so why are you here this late at night wasting everyone else's time who have more important prescriptions to fill?\\\". First off, the importance of my prescription shouldn't matter, I'm in line waiting my turn after verifying on the phone it will be ready. Secondly, I just had surgery and my doctor said it's essential I start the antibiotic right away to avoid infection in the surgical... Not that it's any of your business but that sounds pretty important! Thirdly, if you'd just shut up and do your job rather than criticize every person who needs a medicine you deem unimportant, everything would go by a lot faster. Unless you want to be insulted, and treated like a waste of time, go anywhere but here.

They were nice enough here. No one went out of their way to be kind, but then no one was rude either. I was filling a prescription for someone and was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours, but it ended up being over a 2 hour wait. I was never sent a notification on my phone saying it was ready, but luckily I called the automated system often for an update.PLEASE BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION! I parked my car in the parking lot at 8:35pm and walked in to pick up a prescription for someone (there was nothing out of the normal with my car at this time). After I picked up the prescription, I walked out to to my car at 8:50pm. As I approached it, I could hear air spilling out of my tire quite aggressively. I saw that my rear driver's side tire was flat, but I had a bad gut feeling, so I didn't investigate. I got in my car quickly, locked my doors, and drove away. I had this awful feeling that I was being targeted and I didn't want to be a victim of anything.When I took my car to Discount Tire the next day, they said they didn't find a nail (like I was hoping). The tire had been stabbed on the side with a sharp object and the tire had to be replaced.I think I was definitely targeted in that parking lot. It was dark and I was by myself. I don't even want to think about what might have happened if I had stopped to investigate the tire.Please be careful in this area.

What an absolute joke, I called in my prescription three hours in advance and made sure that it was going to be ready when I got there. The person on the phone didn’t even ask me my birthdate or my name or anything. Obviously she didn’t even look at my prescriptions. She still told me the medications would be done in an hour and they didn’t even have it in stock. Even though I called this morning making sure that you guys did have it in stock!!!! Don’t waist your time here like I did. I waisted HOURS because of them not doing there jobs correctly. Verifying medications without verifying the person is against HIPAA. If you care about your privacy go somewhere else as well.

Terrible service. Would not recommend the pharmacy. Techs are not helpful at all or very kind. Literally one of the worst experiences I've had at a pharmacy. Won't be using Walgreens anymore.

The young gal working at the pharmacy register today walked through the whole store without a mask on. And I was told you can't use your HSA to pay for Sudafed. Which is wrong. I'm an essential worker that's been pulling 50 hours a week since the beginning of the pandemic - wearing a mask the whole time. I get that it's inconvenient but get your ish together. Also learn how an HSA works if you are gonna work at a pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy for at least 6 years, but the past 5-6 months the customer service at the pharmacy has gone from great to unacceptable! I have transferred all my rxs to CVS and will never use this pharmacy again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went to the drive thru Stacy was belligerent & rude. When I asked for her supervisor some guy names Brian came & was equally as rude. I asked who was in charge & Brian refused to tell me then hung up the phone & walked away. I'll NEVER go to Walgreens again. CVS is much more professional & friendly.

I got free flu shot thanks to CSL! Newskin was lifesaver as a kid. Lots of products/services offered. Good service from employees.

Absolutely worst customer service from a manager. Degrading, disrespectful, and deplorable. I'm beyond disgusted by how many of us were treated.

I went to the pharmacy today at 7pm to pick up a prescription for my son and to check on one for myself. I have never been treated so ugly in a pharmacy. I asked a question and the pharmacist, said I should have more left of what I needed filled! I explained that my dr. Increased my dose. He was so ignorant that I will tell all my friends NOT to go there to be treated like that. Actually you don't deserve 1 star 10/21/20 at 7 pm Wednesday evening.
