Just shopped for uniforms for our fifth year. Service was always just okay, however my last trip last week was exceptional. Walking into the uniforms section, I had the sweetest young man eagerly ask if he could make things easier helping me find what I needed. I’m well seasoned when it comes to shopping there, so I excused him and mentioned I’ll find him if I needed anything.
Inventory was comforting, I hate feeling like I have to scrounge. Prices were comparable. One sweet young lady ran back a few times looking for items and never lost her patience in the chaos of back to school or through the sea of frazzled parents and children.
There was a problem printing my receipt and the cashier was so worked up, I assured him I am patient and taking a picture of my receipt from the computer is just fine by me.
Well suited young kids for the job. Kind. Patient. And thankfully, helpful. It was a pleasant experience, especially when back to school shopping can feel soul sucking.

The customer service at this store is subpar, the cashier asked me to go back inside (to see if the item that my mom purchased was paid for) after already bringing it into my van and making sure that it was paid for before hand.
Also another cashier asked me to move to checkstand, when I wasn't done being rung up for my items.

Waited for the cashier to finish the mess with the person ahead of me. I made a purchase for a work related repair and needed my receipt. Which couldn’t be printed without an act of congress. I don’t know how many reviews have to mention kids running this location not knowing what’s going on and they meander around like they own the place. If that’s the case they best get to work.

I bought a few days ago in this store, I took advantage of a two for one offer and I liked everything, it was clean and in order, the price was lacking in customer service, but the rest was very good

I bought a lot of school clothes for the kids shortly after school started and they didn't attend the academy to long so I tried to return the clothes a lot of them still had tags on and none of these I was returning have ever been worn. But they wouldn't take them back. I suggest shopping elsewhere.

I regret going here to buy uniforms they have a bunch of kids working that don’t know what’s even going on, I placed an order for 10 shirts they only gave me 6 and refunded me 4 because I told them if I didn’t have my shirts before school started I wanted to talk to their manager since also the price we paid for 10 uniform shirts wasn’t cheap, place is a joke and if school wasn’t starting Thursday I would get my full money back and order from someone else that runs a business better than these people do. I don’t recommend buying anything from this business.

BUYERS BEWARE.. This is bar far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.. I had a large order for school uniforms.. I sent several request to place the order. Lack of communications and the days it took to get anything back was ridiculous. I dealt with Tiffani Parker
[email protected] Worst service ever! No interest in helping the customer and the worst attitude. Acted like she was doing a favor and no regards to urgency or client needs. Finally got a quote 2wks later and it was completely wrong.. Ended up losing my client and the order because of incompetence. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Okay I've been in the store maybe three times in my life usually just looking for ribbon for doggie bows, but I'm familiar that it's ran by young people.. but when I walked in there today and I had two boys come at me quickly asking if they can hold my bag, I said ..I'm a grown woman no u can't hold my bag and I left I guess I could have just brought my wallet in and left my bag in the car but the way they approached me was sudden and weired...I don't know how these guys are still in business... I don't mind tte chaos of the store and I'm sorry they've been robbed so many times that they have to ask a 57 yr old average woman. If they can. Hold my bag, but if the store was a bit more organized and the emoyees could see everyone in the store from the counter maybe they wouldn't have to offend people like
