You could come here to find use scratch n' dent stuff, but beware, their licensed towing company might take your car in the 10 minutes you're shopping and you'll have to walk home and pay $400 to get your car back. Because I walked to In N Out after, instead of driving my car to In N' Out's lot....Most expensive parking in Utah.

Not really my thing but they did have some really cool stuff in here. Not as much selection as I was expecting.

Beware!Bad product and customer service. Bad employee training.Purchased an expensive (over $1000) kitchen appliance at the Provo location and picked it up on a Friday. The employee said I had until Monday to return it if anything was broken. She said Sunday’s didn’t count for the “72 he return policy” because they aren’t open Sundays.Got it home and it didn’t work. It hadn’t been completely tested … which could be understandable. When I tested everything and realized it was broken, I called on Saturday to the west valley location near my house. The employee that answered the phone said I could return it to the west valley location on Monday.I brought it in to the west valley location on Monday during my work lunch break. The employee working said that Sunday’s DID count towards the 72 the return policy and that I was too late to return the broken product they sold me. “Nothing they can do but I’m stuck with it”. I told the employee that Provo said sundays didn’t count… then the employee said that even if Sunday didn’t count, they won’t accept the return unless I drive down to Provo in the next 5 hours, which is not what they told me on the phone. I had to go back to work and couldn’t make it down to Provo before they close at 6.No one would let me speak to a manager. To summarize, they sold me a broken high end kitchen appliance. They said sundays don’t count towards return timeline (but I guess they do.) They said I could return to west valley (but I guess I can’t). They refuse to let me speak to a manager….

New manager needs some CS training. Ended up putting our item back because she was so incredibly unhelpful. Sierra (I believe is what the previous manager’s name was) was so awesome and loved shopping at Shabundys.

The location has moved to a new location and now public restrooms are unavailable. I have furnished my last 2 homes with the help of Shabundy’s but, having to walk down the shopping mall to use another businesses restroom is both uncomfortable and ridiculous. With the target audience this is a deterrent.

I don’t feel the ginormous boxes the linens are in are shopper friendly. I wish they had either smaller boxes or an easier way to shop the pillow covers & curtains. You really only get to dive into half the box.As for pricing, some things are reasonable but I do think in general it’s a little over priced.

I wasn’t expecting to see so much nice things in here. Listen don’t be afraid to go shop and finds good things at this store especially if you’re into DIYs you won’t regret it.

Good place to find discount furniture with minimal damage. Still feels a bit pricey for some things. Especially couches since half of them are half the couch but it's understandable.

Didn’t answer my call or any messages through social media which is their prime source of publicity while I was driving 45 minutes for a product, by the time I got their product was gone and the front desk staff lied to me, all while im 6 months pregnant. When I talk to the manager, he was also very rude and it had zero sense of customer service. Then because I dared to call them out for lying they blocked me on social media.

Interesting place - need to go frequently and be knowledgeable of brands to recognize deals.Plan to search through things to find the treasures. Well discounted name brands.

Uhmmmmm this place is a lot more expensive than department stores. It might be a rent to own spot? But we saw things more expensive and worn out used and abused.First and last time we didn’t buy anything but things are also overpriced.

These guys have great deals! As far as a thrift store experience goes, they have tons of great finds as long as you're not afraid of a little cleaning.

The selection is somewhat limited but it's kind of fun to look through and try to find a "treasure" or two. Some of the items have slight damage. Some probably just had damaged packaging or didn't sell originally because there were no visible flaws.

There isn’t enough good to be said about Shabundy’s but I’ll attempt.I’m shocked it took me this long to comment as I’ve patronized their stores since 2020, mid pandemic - and I’ve never left with nothing. Why go to the big box re-sell stores that carry Rae Dunn and clothing of the like for home accents when you can find better quality; returned/slightly worn (always capable of repair) or even brand new items at Shabundy’s.I’ve designed my entire home around pieces in this store, when we moved to Utah for the first 4 weeks we had no furniture and purchased two beds, a couch, bedding, utensils, glasses, wall art, entertainment stand, coffee table, and end table and so much more from Shabundy’s.I’ve bought gifts for family, friends, neighbors, coworkers and teachers and because they all come from big brand stores it looks like I spent duckets and buckets of money and we never do. The best people work at Shabundy’s. They have always hired with the customer in mind. Great hearts of service. Always kind, always patient, treat you like family. They take orders over the phone but I’ve also waited in line on a Saturday for something we’ve kept our eye on and waited. Follow them on social media to ensure you see what you want, take a picture of the sales so you get the best deals and SNAG THE TAG.Whatever you do, watch your kids ** I make that comment as the mother of a 1st grader. (the customers letting their children behave like unattended inmates really bother me) the staff works so hard to keep the store orderly and kids really shouldn’t be unattended in any store let alone a store with such high end piece and don’t be a Richard to the staff, you keep them happy, they’ll keep us happy. We will forever be faithful customers.

Shabundy is a unique store with all sorts of odds and ends in there. If you look around for awhile and are quick to the draw, you might snag a few golden items or you might leave empty handed. However, I always tend to find something I “think” we need. If you are hardly at small repairs or are ok with imperfect items than this store has great finds for you.I liked the old location better, but this one still has the same employees who are super helpful and friendly. I’ve seen them deal with some “less than pleasant” customers and they handled them like champs.
