“They are very friendly and answers all of my questions. When I find something that I’m not sure of, they will explain how to use it, especially when I’m in doubt about a product. The prices are very reasonable as well, they do not take advantage of you as I know of other stores that will especially if someone is a novice about the variety of sleep gummies available.”

They have knowledge of all the products they carry. “Two things about Boro. One, this place is of the higher quality shops. As such you can expect to see high end mods, pipes and specialty items, such as butter makers and volcano rigs. Second, if you need a glass piece customized this is the best spot in the valley for glass. Wraps, cigarillos and papers are aplenty here. Make sure you pick up a t-shirt as well. Tucked away in the back of the building, this is the definition of a hideaway.”

“Great staff, they are super helpful any time of day or night, the few times I needed something and other spots were closed cause it was Sunday or middle of the night these guy's are always there with smiles and willing to help attitude, no discounts tho so make sure to bring your money, they have tap to pay $4.99 torches $4.99 butane, they've got great deals on bubbles, pipes, grinders, and cigarettes, they've also got a great grocery section with snacks and actually cooking items like bread and cheese, I hope these guys stay in business for a very long time and continue the great work they put in every day and night, it's also extremely clean as well, so please give these guy's respect and courtesy the same as they give it to us”
“When I came into Tinderbox, I was really overwhelmed at first. I had no idea where to start since I'm still pretty new to the world of cigars and tobacco; there is a lot to learn and choose from. But each time I've come in, I've always been greeted, ID'd, and shown a lot of kindness and hospitality. (Unlike some other places I've been to... Im lookin' at you, Beehive ?) One of the employees at the Box, Dax, always answers all of my questions without judgment, and he has really helped me figure out what I like and what to pair my smokes with. That dude is a wealth of knowledge and is super passionate about tobacco. For real, if you have any questions at all, ask him! He can help you!
Overall, the Box has quite a good selection and chill vibes. Definitely my recommendation over anywhere else in the valley.”
