“NEVAEH IS AMAZING !! Bought 3 pair of Boots. She was a breath of Fresh air customer service was first class!!! I usually just like to look around myself because to often the employees at other retail stores seem annoyed you’re asking them for help. I asked for several different styles of boots and never once did she act like “dude make your mind up!” And I absolutely love the boots! “Let me start this off by saying I hate malls and hadn't been in one for years, that is until I discovered Freebirds! I started going to Fashion Place mall because of Freebirds and now I can't imagine not going. The staff is amazing! Kiley and Allie are wonderful, as are the rest of the gals! They treat you like family. I've bought more shoes there than I care to admit and I love them all! I feel so lucky that we have two stores in Utah!
