“Scott is da man! He spent about 25 minutes explaining every shoe to our son. He retrieved several pairs of shoes and never once gave us any attitude. We didn't end up buying anything and still were treated accordingly. The store is in a cool location as well. They also offer a foot scan to help place you in the right shoe. New Balance isn't my jam but the way this place operates definitely is!”

“Let me start this off by saying I hate malls and hadn't been in one for years, that is until I discovered Freebirds! I started going to Fashion Place mall because of Freebirds and now I can't imagine not going. The staff is amazing! Kiley and Allie are wonderful, as are the rest of the gals! They treat you like family. I've bought more shoes there than I care to admit and I love them all! I feel so lucky that we have two stores in Utah! “Oh, this store helped me so much! I was looking for an older model of a HOKA trail shoe. Looked everywhere online. This store had two pairs..they were so kind to transfer them down to their Draper store for me! They not only did that, but gave me a generous discount for buying both pairs! “Recently had surgery on my foot and looking for my first pair of shoes after I healed. I needed some good sturdy soles that didn't bend/flex a lot. I asked a girl working there if she could point me in the direction of those types of shoes and she tried but wasn't to knowledgeable of the products. So my suggestion is to start educating your employees to better understand the products they are selling and not just be there to restock and run the register.
I do love my new slip ones!”
